Due to recent escalated conflicts with the Xenos in Texas and other factors such as this attack on one of our transports, our group is looking to expand our defensive options. Good day. Having been pleased with the prices and performance of the cloaking devices we have previously ordered, the Marauders have decided to increase the amount of these devices within our organization. With that said, I would like to purchase four (4) light cloak devices as well as two type 1 cloak disruptors if they are available. As no price is mentioned and after shifting the market around to get a vague idea, I believe that a price of two hundred and fifty million credits per disruptor to be a fair amount. This would bring the total order to exactly one billion credits, should this offer be deemed fair.
I hope this deal is deemed acceptable and that our good relationship with the Navy can continue.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I come to you today on behalf of Agency 404. As you may already know, the Agency is a branch of the Liberty Security Force. Our logistical needs are integrated with both Naval and Security Force resources, so we often use the same bases.
As our agency is comparably small and agile, we do not have the manpower or the technical strength in depth necessary to produce our own precision equipment. As such, the Executive Directorate of the Agency is prepared to part with a sizable chunk of its operational budget to secure the necessary equipment. I am well aware that this essentially amounts to a transfer of credits from one branch of the government to the other, but we thought it best to go through reputable and reliable channels to obtain the equipment we need rather than turn to the market. The last thing we want to do is inadvertently finance Liberty's enemies.
The Agency is essentially looking to front-load its financial outlay as much as is possible as part of its planning strategy for future operations. We can absorb these costs before our operations begin in earnest. When they do however, we do not want to be hit by any unanticipated costs.

In light of recent events in California, the Navy has decided to reactivate the LNS Klaxon, rather than simply scrap her; as you are surely aware, Liberty needs every last ship, even those of antiquated classes such as the Monument dreadnoughts. As part of the process of returning the Klaxon to active service, I have been assigned as her captain, and have been given the authority to personally oversee whatever upgrades are necessary to enable her to serve this great nation to the best of her abilities.
It is with this in mind that I come to you in the hopes of requisitioning one (1) CLK-2a Heavy Cloaking Device for the Klaxon's use. We have already secured docking modules and the Klaxon's logistics officers are currently looking into the possibility of acquiring a jump drive and related equipment from sources within the private sector. While it's essentially a transfer of credits from one part of the Navy to another, the relevant finances for the construction of one such cloaking device have already been set aside in anticipation of your positive response.
