Well, I would tell you where I grew up, But I never stayed in one place for a long period of time. So i guess I can say, a mining ship. From when I was a boy, we mined, from when I was of drinking age, we mined. We always like the Independent Mining Guild, But we like to go solo. Well, since I took over, I think its time for a change. I need some organization, and teamwork. I can mine by my self, but some company would be nice. Oh, And as for fighting, I 'recently' Graduated from West Point Academy, I have some experience under my belt. I am applying for everything available. And uh, Here is my File.

2. Briefly describe what you understand the purposes of IMG to be.
I see the Independent Miners Guild as not only a group of people, but a community. Always helping other people out when they need it, and they always stick together. 3. Explain what you bring to the Guild that can help accomplish those purposes.

My name is Bruce Morvayn. I am born amidst a Libertonian family. My father was supposed to be a DSE pilot, but he had a terrible accident. While on route towards the recruiting station on Planet Manhattan he found a baby boy, left at the compound's entrance. He could not bear to leave it there so he took it back to our house, planning to be recruited another day. The next appointment-date arrived and he headed for the Bureau once more, but got hit by a space vessel on his way there. In need of money to support his family, which consisted of my father and mother, a brother, the found child, a sister and myself, he managed to arrange something with the insurance company. The found child, which name was Adrian, was forever in his debt. So, a small decade later, he joined the DSE to support for my father and mother, as we had already left our elderly house. But soon he noticed he was being held back in his ambitions. As he likes to work hard and grow within a company, he has done his very best to make sure he got promoted, and allowed to commandeer more significant ships and cargo. But the company simply doesn't care about his personal endeavoirs and holds in the promotion.
This, I think, is outrageous. And it's quite a good example of the great companies' grip on individual workers. It is the reason I do not wish to join any House Corporation. It is the reason I have come to you, The Independent Miners Guild.
For I know the Guild always keeps an eye out for experienced, hard workers. This I am, for I have been working for small, insignificant groups ever since I first undocked Manhattan orbit. To me, it's not about maximizing the profits and running through anything that stands in its way. For me personally, it's about cooperation, kindness and hard work. So hereby I present to you a worker who's morale code is not to earn, but to work.

Greetings IMG,
This is Walter Sobchak, and i'm sending this message to formalize my application to the IMG. After much consideration, i've decided that i wish to realize my future with the Guild. I am in O11 now; i came here to tie some loose ends, and leave my troubled past behind me.
I consider IMG to be a safe haven for people like me, my story is just one of many stories of repressed workers, struggling for survival under the heel of mega corporations. Mining is in my blood. My father was a miner, my grandfather was a miner, and my great grandfather before him was a successful encyclopedia salesman. I was raised on Leeds; at age of only 16 i was forced to replace my fathers position as a miner on Cardiff, due to an accident for which my family was never recompensated. I worked hard in inhuman conditions to support my family, but the minimal fee i received due to my under-age status was never enough. Seeing that this situation is hopeless, one day i 'borrowed' a civilian mining vessel from the corporation, and decided to make a better living on my own. Life was never easy after that, but after few years i established a freelance mining contract with Daumann, which has considerably raised my living standards. Work in hazardous systems has it's expenses though, and protecting myself against all sorts of pirates and criminals was often leaving my pockets dry.
I led a life of a worker, and a fighter. Fighting for a right to survive, fighting for a better future.
I now wish to continue my life within the Guild, a community like no other; with me i bring years of experience in mining, exploration and combat skills.
I will now fight for IMG and those many struggling people like myself throughout all Sirius, for independence and a better future of the human race.

Dear Sirs, I am a young 21 yo lady of Rheinland origins. After my parents were literally slaved to death by outrageous work condition of Kruger Minerals my brother and I decided to leave Rheinland. I've worked alongside my brother on some independent mining vessel around Sirius when I discovered I was better suited in a fighter cockpit than in a big harvester of any kind, so I started guarding mining operation from my former company fighter. My last employer got bankrupt around a month ago and I'm looking for a place where I can make the difference. My brother went back to Rheinland and got a contract with ALG and he is now cleaning Sirius from waste. Regarding me, I believe that the Guild ideals of independence, hard work and mutual honesty suits me perfectly. I spent my last weeks in Java Station to check if my feelings about IMG were correct and I'm sure they are. I'm probably not the best fighter pilot out there but I am a quick learner and I really want to find in the Guild the chance to have the free life I missed so far, plus I recently discovered a sincere passion for exploring and I am sure I can give my contribute in this area too.

Greetings. John Sanders on behalf of the crew of the Carsten Miller and chief Erynel. We've over the past few weeks frequently associated closely with the IMG members operating in and around the Tau systems, and for all practical purposes we consider ourselves a part of the organization. We would like to formalize this arrangement by merging into the IMG mining operations based out of Java. We can offer the following resources:
- The Carsten Miller heavy mining vessel (Hegemon class) is our primary vessel, and our ship of choice.
- The Calora Gold ore tanker (Titanic class) can be used to haul ore to it's intended destination. Currently berthed at Java.
- Chief Erynel retains a Spatial class explorer for various purposes, mostly exploration and escort. It is currently undergoing minor repairs at Falkland after an outcast raid on the station. I highly recommend someone else to talk him into replacing this with a more suitable escort vessel, as the spatial got him hospitalized on multiple occasions. Preferably, do this privately.
A final word, best direct any reply to this to the Carsten's second crewmate (me). Chief Erynel does not have much patience for procedures and, frankly, delegates such to me. Thank you.

Greetings IMG officials. My name is Keith James Friedman, born and raised on Planet New London. I'm 22 years old and recently came into possession of a Light Miner. I had help from some IMG members who helped me get on to my feet by providing me with a Spacial. I enjoyed flying with IMG's friendly pilots and wanted to join the Guild.
The purpose of IMG? Hmm. Well as far as I know, the IMG focuses on mining and trading resources that were ignored by other factions and take them to producers to create technology and things for human developement...
I bring a veriaty of skills. I'm a good navigator and would excell in exploration. I have a good understanding about mining so I know how to mine effectively and my combat skills aren't bad so I will be able to fit the role of a defence pilot for the IMG. Ever bit of my skills will be put to the purposes of the IMG in whatever they need at anytime.

This is Attash, or Challanger, as I've called myself for the last couple of weeks. I wish to formalize my application for the IMG defense division, finally.
My previous jobs has been numerous. When I was young I was a mechanic onboard the Zoner capital ship I was born on, from there I joined the Rheinland Military as a Specialist, before scraping together enough money to buy my own ship, and becoming a freelancer and a mercenary.
My purpose in the IMG would be, simply, to protect IMG assets from whatever and whoever wishes them harm.
As for my skills. Other than my knowledge about ships, I am an excellent pilot. Given how uncertain the future of the Colonials are, you need every defense pilot you can get.

When he was young, they found him in a bar on the Freeport 10, he was about 6 months old. The only thing, he was carrying, was a card with his name. After growing up in an orphanage, he decided to find out his past. This led him to IMG where his trail ended. Because he had no job and no money, he decided that he will log into the training here and when he will find out any other clue about his past, he will go for it.
