Lemme get this straight....your taking bountys from the 101st and the Hessians.....and the Gaians?
Not only are you working for the Gaians, your doing it while shooting Corsairs.
And working for the Outcasts and Hessians while shooting Mollys!

The same Gaians who, according to infocards and lore, rely on the Corsairs for most of their ammunition and munitions.
I don't want to be a jerk, but....
What the hell, Reavers?
EDIT: On further thought, how do you possibly manage that rep?
How are your hostile to the Mollys and Corsairs at the same time as being neutral to the Gaians and Hessians and OC?

Unfortunately, none of this is in our control. If you think we should be hostile to someone, please talk to said faction about how you don't like our activity. Recently, the IMG didn't like what we were doing to EDGE, and they put restrictions on us and, quite frankly, it was annoying. Somebody else came to the table and said "Hey, you're shooting the EDGE, which are allies of the IMG and CR, and we don't like those guys. You wanna shoot them?" and we said "Yeah, as long as you pay us." and now we shoot them.

So if you think the Gaians should be hostile to us, then talk to them on your Corsair or something in RP which would make them hostile to us. Nothing we can do if they're willing to give us money. We just follow the money.

And how do we manage that rep ingame? More sexual favors than you can imagine. I'm still sore.

But in reality, we have a very mangled and pathetic rep sheet on most of our ships due to bribes and quick CD fixes gone awry. Sometimes we're still hostile to some of the people we wanna be friendly with, and sometimes we're friendly with dudes we wanna be hostile with and we have to CD them furiously. If you read the first post, that's one of the main motivations over why we made this move to officialdom. Our own ID with our own Repninja would be awesome with a capital AWESOME.

I'll have to talk to Zel before i start making trouble with the Gaians, but i am pretty sure them hiring you violates bounty board guidelines. er for them, not you.
On a side note, i'm completely free to make trouble with the OC and Hessians. Yay Rush.
