I did log back on as soon as possible but I wasn't sure who I was interacting with. He was chasing me after I refused a 10 mil "tax" I think I found the person and resolved it with him (Droid). It was an Outcast destroyer that is all I remembered. I attached the screenshots of resolving the issue with who I believe I was interacting with. I paid him the amount he had requested.
