Well, it seems we just did the regular battle in Dundee. Good fun, though, and congrats to all who managed to came. To Hikaru Kazuki, Midnight, and Afterlife especially, for deciding to joust me.
Tum te tum. Hello? Sitting in Kyushu for best part of an hour chaps and no word. The normal battle proceeded around 45 minutes after the starting time but someone could have bloody told me. Honestly, communication breakdowns will be Bretonia's undoing.
The Tenko begins at 6c in Kyushu - awaiting KNF escort to accompany it to the Battleship Nagumo at the gate to the north. It is an AT, equipped with 2 x level 9 flashpoints and level 4 transport turrets - it has a small armour upgrade. I figure it meets a small escort and starts north but is attacked by the BAF before it reaches the Cloud - far from the Battleship and the patrols. Once the BAF attack that's the signal for the prisoners to try to escape. In the initial stages the Tenko will fire on BAF ships, but eventually the prisoners overpower the pilot and take control of the ship. We proceed according to the plan from there.
Which was:
1) Privateers attack in Kyushu (North of 6C), ship is taken over by Brinkley, take through tau 23 (not chased) Note : If Privateers not available, Regular BAF and Mandalorians could do this.
2) KNF race through Tradelanes to Tau 31, second, bigger battle happens there - indies and BAF re-enforcements arrive.
I suggest Athenian be the event referee, with myself, Lotek, and Blunt providing control of the various groups. If Mandalorians are involved, Drifter (Kalika) should be the point man. This was his plan.
NOTE : If limited people show up, I suggest it turn into a simple snatch and grab in Kyushu. All the BAF and allies go there, and provide a diversion while Athenian simply sneaks away in his stolen ship.
