I have been asked to contact you with regards to a station busy being constructed. There was a bit of miss understanding from my employers behalf about regulations around base construction.

In his enthusiasm, he set about constructing his new venture without proper research. As his administrator, I would like to formally apologize for this situation, and ask if we can still apply for permission to make this base legal in the eyes of Bretonia law enforcement.

Reason for Construction: With miners operating in the Omega systems, they have some distance to travel and often under difficult conditions . As OTZ we see a need to bring a safe haven to them where they can sell their goods and get back to mining, rather than transversing long distances. Of course prices would be set accordingly.
Docking Rights: BAF|, BIS|, BPA).

Docking rights have not been set yet, as we are busy getting the station ready for opening.
But before opening, docking rights will be set according to Bretonia laws, and we would like to request to have an inspector come by to make sure all is in order before we start business. This is of course we are given permission to stay.

Planned Location: Gibraltar, Planet Sprague orbit (within 10k), to the side of the trade lane (Battleship Gwent side), slightly below the plane to avoid congestion and obstruction to BPA operations.
Reason for Construction: Based on an increase of BMM operations within the Omega sector, a strong need has arisen for an extra supply base to cope with logistical constraints on Douglas and other interests. The base itself will contain primarily essential supplies of food, oxygen and water, as well as fuel, mechanical equipment and any other essential commodities for a corporation to do business. Trade of high value ores is not currently in the remit of the station but may be added should the need arise.
Docking Rights: BAF|, [SIS], BPA), Bowex) and of course BMM-, all other docking rights will be provided under the discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis, primarily for the purpose of supply. All in all, the facility will have restricted access for the foreseeable future to prevent unnecessary security issues.

Gentleman and Gentlewomen of Her Majesties Government. =DSE- is currently in the process of moving its primary base, Scrap Palace, from Texas and looking for a far more useful place to operate within. Having successfully constructed Dorset Station in Poole, and preparations to build the Tradelanes from Caernarfon to Plymouth well in hand, we now look forward to further opportunities.

We recognise the benefit to Bretonia that =DSE- expertise could bring to supporting her in the war, and the rebuilding of infrastucture once the war concludes. The repair of tradelanes, trade gates and stations such as Birmingham and Scarborough shipyard would be well within our capacity to handle. To that end we would like to set up our operation and move Scrap Palace to Manchester. Our preferred Base of Operations in Manchester would be close to the destroyed Birmingham Station directly opposite and in line with the wreck and the planet if that makes sense. This would mean no obstruction to the current tradelanes and yet affords economical benefits to =DSE- in terms of time, and costs.

We would request permission to install at least 2x Defence platforms given the current war, and are happy to dismantle once peace and security is reestablished.

(We see the potential, and are aware much discussion will be had on this). It also means we can assist in the repairs in New London.
