If you don't want Theta then how come you're so out for blood about the FP there? Here's an idea, if you can't handle the whirlwind then tell the Zoners that you are withdrawing demands. Mara pretty much said everything I could possibly say, so I'll just say this:

How about Corsairs instead of acting like said Zoners acted last time when FP9 actually couldn't defend itself (as opposed to now)... how about the Corsairs actually defend themselves and kill the ships that are invading Gamma? Just band together and successfully defend. Every single one of your enemies is still worse off than you, with maybe the exception of Outcasts. So start using that advantage and stop whinging on forums. Seriously you should be ashamed of yourself for responses in this thread. This is pretty much the first big losses the Corsairs had in Gamma for years and it took a huge rallying war cry from like 3 factions. The last time the Corsairs were being pushed back was in the age of the bomber I think, some 2 years ago. This is the first big defeats since then. Hessians were dying all the time before now due to osiris swarm or just pure fighter spam and you didn't see me dedicating god knows how many threads to lament that fact. So for the love of god find your balls already and shoot us back.

noone from us has nothing against raid on gamma or so, but one raid ends, and another on scene. second raid ends and another on scene. sometimes i am wondering where the hessians are building all their battleships when 3 of them die in gamma and in next hour another 4 jump,
today i was in gamma like 6 hours and maybe 15 minutes there were no hostile ships in gamma ...

but you are right, maybe we move all legates somewhere to rheinland or bretonia on nice zoner base and start 234/7 raids there...we will have safe place to hide right to our enemies and our suplies will not care what we are making ...

People just can't stop to QQ. You can't get back what you lost in the game via the forum whines. Deal with it. Corsairs bullied everyone saying "WE GONNA DO AS WE PLEASE, COME TRY TO STOP US (playing muscles)" and now a whole lot of people came to BURN YOU DOWN to ashes right as you requested.

Fight back like a man or surrender your egos.

To many enemies - bad for sairs as well
and so on, those are the main concerns.

Titan is bad? lolsorry, I'm raiding Gamma with same Titan but on 75% core with Merc and i have no problem with it.

Osiris is bad? lolagain, sorry, but osiris is still very powerful. And not only still, but maybe even more.

Defenses are bad? I wanted to think the same when i was almost instaraped by weapon platforms after the jump, not a single time. Skiros spraying pulses like there is no tomorrow, as well as docking ring.

Then we are having the above mentioned O91. Maybe it's TBH system but exactly there Corsairs are always running to resupply with bots and **** just to get back all fresh and sweet. No one can chase to that system because of Fes sitting right near the hole. It have no health bar, it have infinite power core, it is dockable, it is going full retard when there is more then 5 ships around chainfiring BRs around. And the hole is so close it is not even funny.

Be my will I'd removed all the stationed battleships at all as well as guard systems. If you can't fight then you can always dock, but in my book not fleeing but hugging stationary BS is a way to piss off the people.

If you're so afraid of having your ship being blown apart then dock, if you don't want to dock then fight like Corsairs do (By RP) until the ship is blown apart.

And by the sweet teardrops of the mother of god - stop crying this river.

Pvpwhoring? If you don't want pvp, keep your sairs docked in trafalgar and go pirating, keep them docked in O49. All the corsairs fighting in gamma have the same dessire for pvp than the people going to gamma.

I remember something saying "rules > RP". The allying between hostile factions shouldn't be allowed, for that matter, unless something got changed regarding that.

I agree on that. Hunters and Hessians raiding together gamma was a huge fail.

But now that some zoners got involved with those attacks, I'd not call it OORP that easyly, hessians helping those zoners against corsairs is fair to me. Hunters helping zoners against corsairs is fair. GMG helping zoners against corsairs is fair to me. Outcasts? Well, if corsairs go to alpha, I don't see why Outcasts can't go to gamma. Order? Well, that's a bit off for me.



On a completely related subject, leaving the zoner-sair conflict aside, people raid gamma, because sairs are there most of time, and I don't blame them, you wanna hang around gamma, it's fine, but it's also obvious that people will go to attack you. If corsairs were in omegas more often, the fights would happen in the omegas, if corsairs were in sigmas more often, the battles would happen in the sigmas. Same with Bretonia, or Rheinland. I'm not trying to blame the sairs, it's just an advice of how to avoid gamma being raided 24/7.

Another way to don't get it raided this bad is, and you may think I'm joking, not allowing capital ships to hunt snub crafts. Gamma raids weren't so bad not so long ago (Although it's a cyclic thing, and activity goes up and down there), but what happened when people went with snubs? Caps showed up, what did that people do? They got caps to help them, and so, the wheel of madness started.

It goes back to my first advice, taking the fight somewhere else, when people undock with those caps and start shooting the snubs, those caps can't take the battle somewhere else, it's quite the opposite, more people will come to shoot those caps. Which is why cap control is really important, to don't drag more enemies to you. I understand sometimes it's impossible to control caps, and, then is when I'd go a bit careless for the safety of those caps, and I'd not (once again, this is just my opinion) save those caps from getting chewed.

Some people will disagree with me and say "But we must defend gamma", but why? Just because a bunch of players decided to go there? Because you fell for the "HAR HAR HAR GAMMA IS OUR!"? Go to omegas, go to sigmas, go to bretonia, hell go to Rheinland. That's how you will get your enemies out of gamma.

I do not know what zoners would do in such scenarios, but believe me, mercenaries will follow corsairs wherever they go, even if that means following corsairs to middle of dauphine.

No one forces you to fight, specially to your hole jumping skills xD

Seriously, no one can force anyone to fight, you can just avoid them and go somewhere else. Anyway, take my advice or leave it, but don't lie saying that you got on those fights against your will.
