Personally, I have a heck of a good time flying with you guys when you're on. In fact, sometimes I won't even take off if [LN] aren't playing. Thanks for the good RP and keep it up!

2 Examples of things not cool...


1. There s something already going on....say in Texas...and after 20 or 30 min of RP an LN shows up in group chat...ask for a SitRep....starts YELLING at everyone to do this and that...with out any regard for any RP prior to their arrival...and it turns out this LN is in California...seen to much of this as off late...Makes me not join groups I see that LN are leading unless I know of the LN player in question.

I also have seen as of late...situations where LN stand by and let some guy get Hammered and do nothing to help.....Not cool...

To whom it may concern.
Recently I came across a NAVY pilot who is unfit for duty in Libery Navy. The pilot is easily manipulated by unlawful members such as Lane Hackers. Also, the pilot is using illegal technique called "Entrapment" to provoke an attack on himself in order to have a legitimate reason to engage in a full scale attack.

Problem as follow.
While flying in NY system I received a distress call from two traders, telling me that they are under direct attack from a Lane Hacker. I responded and dispatched myself to the given coordinates. When I arrived I saw James.Francesca[CI-5] attacking 2 civilian transports. Luckily, It was a lucky day for me and I had the pirate neutralized. Today I was in NY system again and I noticed the same pirate again. I started following him just to see what he is about to do. The pirate started taunting me, which resulted in a little conflict. I took a couple of shots at him and chased him to the Rochester base. He sat there for a while and decided to fly around sending discrediting transmissions all over the New York system such as: I kill people/shoot ALL people, I do this, I do that. That is fine with me, because this pirate and I already have an unpleasant history together. Suddenly I started receiving messages of a very unpleasant sort from the [LN]-Jacob.Beumont. Something along the lines that i should shut up because he is tired of me, that i am an idiot and all that stuff. At the beginning I did not pay too close of attention to him, but the he became more direct towards my character and the Liner Hacker was adding oil into the fire by adding some childing remarks.
Well, word after word, the Lane Hacker escaped me and I was just flying freely when Jacob.Beumont came off the trade lane and CD'ed me. He did not told me to stop for an inspection, to halt, to wait, he just SHOT at me and said: "Oppps..." What is OOPS???? Mistakenly firing a rocket at my ship? Fine, one oops is ok, but he shot again. That is not an ooops. I turned around and fired a couple of shots at him, but i missed on purpose. Well, he was already engaging me full scale attack. So, basically he attacked with no provocation. The only phrase he added was: "Enough talk, it's roast time." So, we danced, I damaged him a little, he damaged me a little and then another LN showed up. The second LN pilot was Strawberry, he/she DID NOT attack me. Since I am a lawful myself I simply tried fleeing attacking officer, but he kept CDing me. So, i finally escaped using advanced techniques.

I am asking Navy High Command to have a talk with this particular pilot. Perhaps send him to a refreshment class of some sort or put him on a temporary probation. I help NAVY to kill pirates any way I can. Some pilots noticed my efforts and think of me as a friendly pilot. I am proud of it and I would like to keep it that way. But I have no other choice but to report this incident and say that I will engage Jacob Beumont if he continues to attack me. Please take a note of it and if the fight breaks out I do not want you to tell me that you didn't know about this incident.

I do not want to blow this out of proportions by whining. I will say only the following:
Server admin ,Bear himself, spoke to me about my rp. I told him that I was hired into OSC to protect and actively hunt pirates, which I do. The only mistake i made , and he corrected me, is that i did not gave enough time to rp. Well, no i am engaging in more RP. If you ask me what my problem is, i will say no problem at all. The pirates chose to be pirates, they chose to rob and plunder. I don't see how you would RP with a pirate who is attacking traders. From what i've seen the actual RP is just talking and talking and talking. I have seen numerous times pirates just talk the living shinola out of LN or LSF and then simply escape. So, i don't see how you should RP with a pirate for a long time before attacking a known criminal? I will not mention that how many times pirates jump my back when i am outnumbered without RP.

And why do you want to prove OSC wrong on skype? This is the correct place to discuss issues at hand. After all I am not poining a finger at you and asking to ban or punish you. I think you are not fit for the navy, thats it. It is very easy for admins to check our conversation logs.

And by any means don't consider this another case of whining. I don't hold a grudge against you.

The main thing is, you attack slavers, or ANY type of unlawful. You attacked a Slaver I.D. prison liner that was right in front of manhattan. In RP, ID's don't exist, so from our point of view, it's just a prison liner. It also had no IFF that you could identify. I'm not trying to flame, but what this all boils down to is fun. Is it fun for the pirate to hear about thirty seconds of talk and then get shot at? And for future reference, try and spell out everything, not just write, "u no better" I understand not everyone speaks english first, but at least trying to spell it out looks a bit better. And if in RP your hired to hunt -pirates- why would you hunt slavers as well? Your using the ID more as a vigilante. And what I meant was that some of what you said isn't true, wasn't pointing my blame towards the faction. Furthermore, i have never seen you out of liberty. And blasting "engaging slaver" in system chat doesn't help your case at all. I'm just expressing my concern that your not really roleplaying, and you have called me an idiot in many occasions. Also, try not to use common internet language, like "lol", especially over system chat. I don't have a grudge against you, just against how your using your ship and ID. And yes, i do realize I was out of line a bit, but you have been out of line quite alot since you asked me "what id should I have to hunt pirates" about two weeks ago.

Why is an OSC character hunting pirates anyway... Get an (indy) BHG gunboat for that.

Been in Liberty a lot lately myself. Must admit the LN, even the official chars, could do with a few skilled fighter pilots. Might want to remind your indies that ALG movers running scrap from NY or Texas are lawfully there.
