Cagalli Yula Athha, Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny.

They sadly gave her less combat time in Destiny. She shoulda had more time flying the ORB-1 Akatsuki. 'Cause Cagalli is freaking epic, despite losing the Akatsuki's arm.
