BRAVO!
I am really dont care now about this war, since you all died in Leeds like truly noobs (2 bret bses(BRF and BAF) + 1 indie which doesnt know what is TS aganist 3 valors and 1 cruiser, yes?) and then came to your offline RNC in NY to kill people undocked from Norfolk.

Don't bother going after any of my ships whilst in Liberty, because they won't be around long enough for you to kill them, I am beyond careing about this cock fight anymore.
Pretty much this.
As for what's coming next, I'm not speaking as an "Administrator", I'm speaking as a long time player of Discovery Freelancer, particularly within this community.
You can brag all you want, Reptile. Your bare-minimum RP raids into Liberty don't change anything, and they don't prove anything either, except maybe that you and those you fly with really don't care how your behavior adds to the slew of other things and groups that are ruining the Roleplay oriented atmosphere that used to be a staple of this community.
Oh, and you're also ruining people's fun and will to play this game, it isn't -fun- logging a ship and getting attacked by EVERYTHING on a regular basis, while simultaneously being expected to address the concerns and complaints of 9384 other people at the same time.
The Liberty Navy [LN], and even the indie LNS- don't sit in New Berlin, or Hamburg, and attack snubcraft with their capships. (That isn't to say we won't respond in kind to a group that's been known to do that sort of thing to us in the past, but the point still stands.)
We won't go out of our way to do something like that in the [LN], Why? BECAUSE IT'S A DICK MOVE, plain and simple.
But I'll stop now, and you know why? Because it isn't worth it, and none of this matters.
inRP, Liberty is winning the war with Rheinland, and it'll be a non-issue in the next update. GL HF, Carry on.
I'll tell you something, for some reason theres a notion that RH is somehow a 2nd version of Nazi Germany, this ill-feeling towards the place really .. boils me up. In truth, I see more genuine rp within RH space than in liberty, and coming from a liberty background trust me it says something. But why people always look surprised when a bunch of caps attack another bunch of caps and then whing and whine about a lack of RP, theres no discourse when you are being shot at and theres certinaly no place for anyone to blow a whistle at people.
Winning the war...mhhh...sad to see Rheinland being trambled on by everyone who plays it and those who play against it and Liberty as always being the totally overpowered superpower.
It was never said in vanilla RP, that Rheinland lost everything in the Nomad war. How should they? They won against Kusari, who had their fleet decimated in New Tokyo orbit. Then moving onto Liberty from two sides. But heh...the incosistencies in vanilla RP due to it being half completed and the standard stereotypical outcome assumptions have shaped disco's status of the two houses ... not to mention the decisions people playing the Rheinland leadership made so often...
EDIT: As I said before, I'm sick of the Rheinland "RP" always going off towards the "usual themes of a strong fictional German house/country/entity", same with the "opposite side" as well. Guess the opposite side misses the old days when they actually won a war, without it turning into a major disaster (or did it?).
As for the cap ship battles:
I don't see the trouble. Seriously. I love fighting caps, I love fighting caps with caps, I love fighting caps with bombers. If the enemy brings too many caps for your caps to handle - bring bombers. Teach them what "hell yeah" means. Instead of complaining and whining. Snubs are hard to kill in caps, if you do it right. And cap vs cap ... there's no gank, if Rheinland brings their fleet into Texas. Of course they have to bring many, many ships. Because they can't get reinforcements fast. Unlike the defender. The same goes for the Liberty invading Rheinland as well. And of course the defending side can end up ganking the enemy as well.
Cap battles are hard to balance. Once one BS goes down, it quickly seems like a gank. But as I said: bombers. They do wonders against caps, if your caps are outnumbered and outgunned.

There's a fair bit of Disco RP, written by those who write the lore, not by faction leaders, that supports the idea of Rheinland losing the war with Liberty. Do a little bit of digging.
