Well both of you created awesome TBs.
But still i want some adjustments.
First off all, all the TBs should be different styles,sizes, colours etc.
Like if a TB is made, then you won't replace text and pic only but ofcourse it's position and change zhe things.
Yours designs are cool but those red flames are too much, and theres no character's colour.That's chrome.
Also the text you wrote is a bit bold and is not looking nice, fill every thing with more colours, the text looks like wroted in a simple way.
I mean theres no Pilot name and Ship name.
Also please don't add faction's logo in all of the TBs.
We are not just flaming flares, but also colours like Reavers have (No don't try to steal them)

Your colours are awesome. But Designs lack of the faction's style.
We'll be mercenaries for unlawfuls and cold blood hunters, and there will be no leader of us in RP.
Crimson is a colour which is mixed with blue and red, so as Ghost said, this colour should be added in all the TBs.
Also expand the TB, well your looks like Navyish, and some lawfulish style.
And make full silver coloured.
Add white colour, crimson colour and some more so it should look colorful and Merc Style.

Now as i said, i be wanting different styles TBs, this means if you put the pic left next time you put in right and change every thing the way it looks.
Psssss........No i won't be buying 1 TB for each char, i will be buying 3 different types for every char in different actions and style, colours, text and looking.
But 1 person make 1 TB for each char.
edit : faction logo is still open to be made, i can replace it since this is not an npc faction.
