Why are we calling them the NZA now?

Beacuse I still remember the (old) Zoner Alliance? And the one BEFORE the last one?
It's a common name really, and they did make it nice and tidy and call themselves the New Zoner Alliance.

Not to mention that by rule 4.2 any guard IFF'ed ship has the right to attack and destroy foreign ships moving through a Guard system, and by common practice they have the assumed responsibility of doing so.

I believe O-74 has not been a guard system for quite a while despite the guard stations being there.

I can also understand Saber attempting to explain why you may not grasp the situation, don't take it as an offence. There were many dialogues, way before this ****-storm or the war has started brewing. ZA was repeatedly explained by multiple factions that their RP will eventually lead to consequences, but they sat behind their base completely ignoring the advice which eventually triggered the war.

It got to the point where the post got more and more aggressive from the anti Zoner groups as the war waged on. I think this is when forum lancers started paying attention to the situation only seeing half the side of the story.

It's funny because Bindo was around when this happened before, he's hardly the one that needs to be "informed of the situation", it's rather the new bunch that should inform themselves of the history of Disco (Zoner) dramas.

In this recent case we see two factions at the helm on one side - half the server didn't know either before the ZA drama, and the other half didn't give a damn, but now both have climbed the ZA corpses all the way to fame.

Climbing Zoner corpses is the quickest way to Disco fame. -nobody- forgets the [A], and the NORP and ORI are not far behind on the list of Disco-famy..
