Von held up the bottle of Cider he had already been served up to Sam "im fine for now thank you" He looks to Starr giving a small smile "Indeed, it has been to long, what with the Whalers and other...things going on ive not had much time to just sit and drink"
He takes his seat next to Nemo, one of the new members of the board, extending a paw "First time meeting Face to face there Nemo. Im Jerard, though everyone calls me Von"

Isaac looks over Jerard with a quizical look but he ignores the questions that popped into his mind."Hello Von" Isaac clasped the outstretched paw."A pleasure, I believe this is the first time I've met many of you in person."

David gets amused by the funny expression on Nemo's face when first meeting Voncloud. Well, that was normal for people that didn't know about him. But perhaps it was best to shift the attention of the people there to another focus.
"Well, my friends... Seems we have almost everybody here. Since Church is not attending to OSI bussiness lately due to personal reasons, and since Kelly is no longer a member of this Board, we are missing just one person. Of course we already have quorum to start the meeting, but I would prefer to wait a little more..."
Starr takes a sip of his whiskey, while observing the surroundings. He sees an unshaven but cleanly dressed man comming up the stairs.
"Ah! It seems Mr. Tunicle is here already... So, lady, gentlemen, shall we start?"

As no one objected, it was time to start the meeting.
"Mr. Tunicle, please have a seat. If you want anything, just ask Sam there. Well, some of you know of it already, some don't, but last week I received an internal OSI transmission from Kelly communicating his resignation from the position of CEO and his retirement." - Starr looked around to see the expressions on those present - "Don't ask me! It came as a surprise to me as it may have been for you. He did not explain his reasons, just that it was a personal matter, so I never asked. He was very closed indeed on those issues."
A little pause there to drink some whiskey.
"So, the fact is that we are now without a CEO. We need to elect a new one. And perhaps re-arrange the directorates, I dunno. Any comments? Von, perhaps you want to say something, since you passed by this same situation twice already... ?"

Voncloud nodded along with the shake of his paw before turning to Marie
And Madame Nemesis it has been sometime since ive seen you, in fact you were just an advisor to the board at that point
Looking over to David when he mentions about Kelly's retirement and the position they now found themselves in he swigs his bottle before nodding to the question
Indeed, twice i've had to step up to the CEO position, however unlike now, those 2 times i had to re-pick whole new Advisor's to recreate the Board, we are fortunate that other then Mr Kelly, we are all still present. Now, if needed, i will once again take the reigns of OSI however if one of you wishes to pick up the torch yourself, then i will be happy to support you. I do think we require some changes to be made in the organisational sense, however my main desire from whoever it is that does take over, is you manage the resources you have at your disposal better then Mr Kelly

Isaac again nods "I agree that changes need to be made, especially to how we pay out escorts. However we should focus on selecting a new CEO first before we move on to other topics" Isaac looked around the table again, apparently counting those present. "Given that we have five I suppose a simple vote would be easiest. I think Roberts rules of order mean we now take nominations." Isaac looked around the table for confirmation.
