I mute the game. Someone RPs via voice. Engages me without writing a single word. I report it. Headachke for admins.

This wouldn't work for several reasons:
4) Some of the players may be mute.
3) Some of the players may be deaf.
2) Not everyone would hear or be able to talk because of technical reasons or shyness.
And the major one:
1) Admins, Angels and Players would have no evidence in case of breaking the rules.

Also the average disco player has characters with origin from at least 3 houses. That means the average disco player needs to work on at least 3 foreign english accents.
