Disco doesnt work like that. there are no 'reset' buttons. You made a bad impression (inRP) to bretonia, and so they'll treat you accordingly based on that.
Then it's not my problem we wrote our new lore stick to that ... We said we come with peace in Manchester BIS came and acted like aggressors ...

You fly with the same tag, use the same ship name; how do you expect the BIS agents to know that you are not the same? The Pilgrims are banned from Bretonia. If you create a new faction/lore called Pilgrims, they will be banned from Bretonia as there is no distinction between them.
On the other hand, this is your 6th or 7th lore writeup for the Pegasus Pilgrims. All previous action will stick on you as you se the same name. If you want to get into the clear, disband the Pilgrims, think deeply and careflly about an RP that is acceptable here, and create a new faction from scratch.

Actually the only help(feedback) i got is nope,no way,CR copycats,no bulgarian sleeper ships, Powergaming, Burn them, terrorists, want to see more? Maybe only we offer help check our comms to liberty gov for millitary support . As i said remove the blindness!

We just said " If you refuse to cooperate and help us or at least stay out of our way, you will be viewed as terrorists " we went to Kansas you dont have with what to cooperate so you can't be viewed as terrorists .. Every Country in this World has the right to deem somebody/Organisation as undesirables. This would also mean that those that are so labelled will feel the full force of the Law, of that Country, if they are found wandering around within their Borders.
It doesn't matter whether you are peaceful, at that time, or not, you are seen as undesirables and therefore the Law Enforcement Agencies, of that Country, have the right to detain you.
It works the same way in this Game. You have made your bed and now you have to lie in it. With some RP you can change Bretonia's attitude to you but it will not happen just because you want it to. Instead of writing to a Government 'Better stop this' it would be more prudent to make a complaint to them without the threats. My answer to your 'Better stop this' would be 'or what'?

Well, I will try it another way, seeing as you missed my point.
Isil a big News worthy Group that I am sure everybody has heard about. They are a Terrorist organisation that has been outlawed in a lot of Countries. Now say, for instance, that a couple of them decided to come to a European Country to do a bit of Christmas Shopping. They have come all peaceful and innocent. Would you expect the Lawful Agencies of that Country just to ignore them if they found out? I can guarantee that they would 'feel the the full force of the law'. Whether you feel it is a 'cool story' or not, it is a fact of life.
As for you being in Kansas and feeling safe. Well, as long as you stay there, I am sure you will be fairly safe. But if you come out you don't have many options of where to go. Liberty which you say is 'corrupt' and Bretonia which you say is 'full of Terrorists'. Well they seem to be about your only options of where to go.
If you try to RP and not with threats, as people just love groups who threaten them, then you can make a go with this Server/Community. If you decided to just threaten everybody then you will, in all sincerity, have a very hard time doing anything constructive.
The people on the otherside of these screens are just ordinary people like you. The age range is somewhere in the early teens up to somewhere in the 50s (You may have a small minority outside that range). They come from all Countries around the World, have a very wide range of skills and have a common interest, this Game.
Learn to play with them and they will accept you, fight them and they will never accept you. There will be some that will make a point of being very aggressive to you but there will be others that will try and help you. Learn the difference and don't bite the offered hand of help/friendship.
I have said my peace on this subject, make of it what you will and good luck in whatever way you decide to go.
