a further update is effective immediately, following an emergency session of the Ministry of the Interior.
4.1.3
§4.1.3. The “Bustard” Civilian Carrier and the Samura "Amaterasu" Liner
and the Bristol "Bulwark" Heavy Explorer
are considered to be capital ships.
