Debatable, but anyone is free to take a crack at it.

In any case, list semi-updated. @Teerin, @TheShooter36, and @Felsvar now have access to the list and will be helping to keep it current.

Expect to see a lot of the stuff in the finalization stages or completed ingame next update.
