I don't like the effects on the lettering. The effect doesn't fit. Also, mb52 requested a back-ground with something to do with Zone-21, like mines.
Also, your sig has the same problem as you pointed out on mine. The models look slapped on, maybe integrate them more? I would suggest an effect or change in transparency?

Backgrounds from ingame look cheap in my opinion, so z21 was out. The mines near z21 are blurry and weird anyways. As for the text, don't know. Looks fine to me. If you think so, mb, let me know and I can try something else. The models already have a blue hue from where they were taken, so it matches the background. I actually tried quite a few effects, it just made it too busy and didn't work.
Anywho, I tried quite a few things, most of what you've said, and it just didn't fit to my eye.
If you think something looks askew, mb, let me know and I'll tweak it.
