It's amazing that someone ran away 500k from a ship that can't CD him.

And that another person chased another person, without being capable of stopping him.

Kudos for both.

Can I just say good job to the guy who is running your casino? It was all very well dealt with, from what I saw when I ran across it. Seemed to have a very good business model, and there were equal numbers of people winning and losing.

I'd quite like to see if there was any way of getting into some 'rigging' RP as well. That'd be kinda cool. Very Junker-like, that would be. Either way keep it up (or even expand on it!). Good stuff in my eyes.

Aye, Matthias here, Miner and Hauler of the BMM...

Had a rather poor meeting with (.:j:.)bob.grows today. Been minin in dublin and had my hold full. Course I went for essex to sell ma stuff - as always.

Made a systemwide shout "Selling a full load for 15.000.000 Cr" - said bob quickly took the offer and approached me. All went well - got ma Credits and send him my full load - thats when the trouble began.
Bob got me wrong and thougt id fill his Junker-liner all up. I already turned round and thanked the lad for his time when he got a little upset as he saw himself fooled by me.

Well - told him that I was selling my full load, and not my services as a miner to fill someone up. Laddies with smaller ships do that often - Hedgemons sell their ores in loads. We seldom sell em Ores before bein' stuffed till right under the roof.

I explained that to Bob and got back to work. Been wondering tho as he strolled along and parked about 6Klicks away from me. Refused to take Ores from one of the other BMM-lads round us, though. Said hednt do business with BMMs anymore or in Dublin in general. Wondering why he stayed around without acceptin any ores, i informed him that its quite rare for other Miners than the BMM-ones to show up. Said im sorry he got me wrong but that idnt take the guilt for his bad mood.

Soon learned why the blubbering lad stayed around. Pirate-transport showed up soon after. Went straight for me and told me to drop my cargo. Couldnt even respond to the "Fuzzydice", as he named his vehicle. Already counted down from 5 and threatened me to destroy my Black Betty.
After the raid he buggered off again. None of the other Miners been harassed and our dear bob s' been gone as well.

I think ye can see why Ima thinkin that Pirate was that Bobbie-lads friend.
Ye might wanna have a word with Bobby - Robbing a bit more than 2000 Ores from an upright BMM-miner just because one got a little upset is not nice, and does not shed a good light on the Junkercongress.

We never had any troubles with ye - lets keep it that way.

I checked our roster and he doesn't seem to be listed, I'll have a word if I see him.

I'm looking into this.

A few notes though:

"A full load" is an ambiguous term. People need to be careful with specific language and realize that one thing can be interpreted in different ways. Especially when English is not everyone's first language. Clarity is always good. For example, I'm selling x units of y for z credits.

Junkers pretend to be very nice people to maintain our image. Although we do associate with some unscrupulous people at times. Sometimes they help us do things when we'd rather not be blamed for them. We don't usually sit and watch it happen though.

Like I said, I'm looking into it.

*Incomming Transmission*

Seems to be hanging this young Congressman 'out to dry' without material proof of any wrong doing.

Congressman Grow is involved with this pirate circumstantialy at the most.

As has been mentioned the Congress enjoys relations with many factions and I suggest that the BMM pilot make himself a bit clearer when selling ore, not suggesting in any way shape or form that the misdirection was intentional.

Oi, Euripides. The feedback thread is not an in roleplay part of the forums and should be used for the settling of issues that are best settled out of roleplay.

As for the topic of Bob, bad form to sit around while having a friend pirate miners.

Because the congress requires a certain amount of quality roleplay from it's members.
