I will probably end up using the second to last one. The one that is in your sig.
I have a short track of an evil laugh, and have put it though Adobe Soundbooth to make it sound like its coming though a radio. However, I was wondering if you had one already? Or maybe you could find a better one?
Cheers

i can make one, i have a voice changeing program on my PC that i've been playing with that will lower or raise your voice. i've always imagined Mon'Star to have a deep voice and all the evil laughs i've heard are high pitched.
the program saves in .wav format i believe.....
i originally was going to open up with a monologue from Mon'Star, using the voice changer but then i remember the michael caine bit from Batman. i like his little speech better.
can't remember what the name of it is. it's on my desktop at home. i found it through a video on youtube, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. it's a very simple program.
yeah that sounds good. while the quote is going on, it'd be cool to have video of ingame stuff running...like people trading normal stuff ya know.....then maybe right at the end of the quote Mon'Star pops in somehow and lays waste?
i'm open to anything as long as it makes Mon'Star look worthy of his reputation :D
I have a Armoured Transport and/or a Train you can demolish. And i believe i can dig up a Manta, Eagle, Blazer and a few Molly/Rogue type ships.
Edit- do we get paid for letting you kill us? if not its cool.
Some say that he is allergic to a fungus found only between the toes of Corsairs,
and that he is oblivious to 98% of Liberty Law. All we know is... He's called the Busdriver!
i'm not sure what will be the best way of capturing the video. whether it's easier for a single person to do it or if we'll need a group people with a camera ship doing to the video capture.
i've no experience in this so i'm at a loss on that part.
Mon', it would be nice if you created a new thread titled "Mon' Star Movie Crew" which would include the crew roster, and also maybe the storyline for the film.

I'm guessing a crew of atleast three camera men would be good, for diffrent angles.

That would usually be ideal. If we where all on a local area network and could transfer massive amounts of data.
That is why I suggest a little competition. Everyone can do their own, put it together and put it in the pot. Just like all the signature competitions. The person gives them a general idea of what they want, the photo shop guru goes and makes it, and they all come together in a thread where a poll is created and voted on.
That would be the easiest way to do it in my opinion. Everyone gets their own footage, and their own chance to express their ideas.:)

here's a basis for the movie, just a rough sketch really. i'm totally open to change it for something better. let me know whatcha think.
-The opening scene is of a station perhaps in a main house system. Ships flying around on their normal routines and such.
-The quote from the movie starts. Stopping in places for dramatic effect and also during the pauses you can faintly here the NPC’s talking about taking commodities from one spot to another. Just the normal NPC talk you hear in game. I think using the normal NPC talk would be a good choice throughout the video.
-Then toward the end of the movie quote Mon’Star appears in the distance coming in fast at full cruise, you hear the NPC’s say “Hostile target sighted” or “engaging hostile target” can’t remember what they say exactly.
-Video of the lawfuls massing for an incoming attack, probably an NPC capship patrol. Most of them outside of the planets themselves are a cruiser and two gunboats, which would be good.
-Just as the quote ends the battle begins and the music picks up. Fighters swarm the Necrosis while the Caps slowly approach.
-Different views can take place here, some from the fighters, some from the caps. Throw in several ships exploding with the sound of the NPC’s screaming.
-The end is a view taken from just behind the wreckage, looking through it at the Necrosis flying off to the planet in the distance. The sound of laughter blaring over the comms, slowly fading out as the Necrosis makes it’s way to the planet.
