I must honestly say I find your lack of effort in your recruitment thread and overall forum presence a bit disappointing, your recruitment thread is literally a mix out of RP and ooRP replies, I think you should really let a moderator work over that, it makes you look low tier in my opinion. As I stated in some other thread before (not related to you as far as I know) I think that if you want to be attractive to players that think about joining you, you should make your pages appealing to read. If I go to an info page I always think "How could a real (insert faction theme, for example, intelligence agency) make their recruitment pages look like? And if it blends in, I am impressed and have fun reading it, it shows effort and that you care for a faction. So if you want an advice by a bbcode lover like me, use it, you won't regret it and trust me, finishing a long page of RP with much code that makes it look good, feels very nice. Otherwise, never heard so bad stuff about you so I would say, keep it up.

Another BW's faction, the 13th Fleet, helped me learn some basics. When it became too basic for me, I left it and joined the BRF| and then the BAF|. In my opinion, every House should have a beginner faction which helps you get around, and an official faction, which you join when you do get around and the beginner faction becomes too tight for you.

I approve when anyone helps newbies. The GRN| don't seem to like it a lot and I'm too busy doing it in Bretonia, so Gallia really needs such a figure. Kudos for this, @Royal Navy Foreign Legion.

Another BW's faction, the 13th Fleet, helped me learn some basics. When it became too basic for me, I left it and joined the BRF| and then the BAF|. I agree with your message, but an unofficial faction should not attract new players by giving them a free gunboat, for example, if you need recruits like that then it means that something is not as it should be, also, people who join to get a certain ship tend to not do it for the RP, so it might get abused. Sure, Gallia can always need more people to play in, I still think effort and dedication should be there, it's not like RN is a total newbie faction, Widow is here longer than many people and should know a few quirks to make stuff look good and appealing to play, remember, it all starts with an info page.
