By the Royal Decree of the Sake Republic of Kusari by Nerva Regis-san it has been made public as follows:

Traders: All vessels not carrying at least 10 bottles of Sake shall be fined with up to, but not limited, 10% of the profit that would be made trading the said vessel.
Small crafts: Are obliged to have 10 bottles of sake that will be handed over to the parties in direct diplomacy, with restrictions towards the enemies, on which you are to do as you please.
Capital vessels: Are obliged to have at least 100 bottles of sake that are, in case of combat and victory, to be handed over to the crew to celebrate. They should be available to everyone except for the Captain and the Command Bridge staff.

Stations: Are obliged to sell only Sake in hope that it will produce more awareness of the citizens of Kusari that it holds and it will hold forever the most sacred meaning of being a true Kusarian. The bars will get subsidies from the government so they are to refuse any other offers to sell booze under any circumstances!

Farmers: Are to produce Sake on monthly bases in quantity that should satisfy the needs of their house and the houses of the first neighbors.
Shop managers: Are to sell Sake with discount to everyone, especially the citizens of the Sake Republic of Kusari, but not limited to them. If a trader comes with full cargo of Sake, you are hereby authorized to give them a bonus of 5.000.000 credits which are to be refunded to you by the means of the Republic. You just need to proof on the transaction.

Military: Is to obey the law, and not have any Sake on duty, except when wounded. You are authorized to drink up to 5 bottles of sake. Inflicting injuries on yourself for the purpose of getting the Sake is strictly prohibited! We know you want it but you are robbed of such.

Government: Is hereby authorized to use the Sake as the means of negotiations with foreign parties, and are encouraged to do so.

That would be all for now. Any violation of these laws is severely punishable!

At the moment we have 4 borders which are guarded by at least one station, but due to the small forces that are holding the crossings there are a couple of reports suggesting that there are frequent intrusions on our territory, so I would strongly advise to reinforce all stations with at least 1 capital vessel and 20 Marines for each station on the border.
At the moment we have 2 supporters from the Sirius wide sector, which are helping us with funds and diplomacy, so I would ask of you to start the negotiations with some possible allies that would be able to support our cause.
At the moment we have 5 initiated transactions with foreign parties, which require your attention.
At the moment we have 1 treaty of Peace, 2 declarations of war, 1 NAP treaty and 5 mutual trade agreements.
