The sharing was selected and circumstantial depending on the project as requested. We have no formal research agreements - Intel sharing is another thing from research, which we currently do. If there is nothing to teach, then the devices must stay under protection until we can create solutions to our 'nearest future' problem. Then we can focus on destroying the Xenophages.
