It seems our mutual friends over at Tijuana are feeling right at home. They've expanded their operations to include a depot in orbit of Veracruz. I figured you should know.

This has always been an obvious front for those hopeless ingrates to hide behind. But it's very much insignificant and any potential assault would be financially ruinous given the two other installations nearby. But clearly they have deep pockets, deep enough to construct mistakes thrice over.
I say we subject them to fees. Feed both our causes at no cost. Come up with a price for all three operations and wire us half of the total you deem fair. Bill them monthly and stipulate that any tardiness or.. unwarranted renegotiation will be met with force. Do also tell them that more tumors will mean a hike in the fees.
To that effect, money can be wired to [XA-FRS-Blezard.Valley] - I'll monitor negotiations for now.
