Change the Hostage to someone that the Royalists don't care about as much as the Royal Family and somewhat not linked to the Royalists.

Eg, someone who can pay big..like the EFL executive as Exile suggested..again.

Remember the Princess is a character of someone elses, assuming you can use other people's characters tends to put you in a negative light.

The death of the princess would result in the deletion of a cap 7 Valor BS, the removal of several royal guards and a change to the faction itself.

I sort of lost trail on what's going on right now...

Let me just ask you, what will you do assuming you capture me? Assuming you do because;

1. there's not many ways to force someone out of a battleship. Either;
1.a: blow it up and hope the person decides to eject, and by some miracle, tractor in the pod before the Royal Navy manages to - either wild luck, or something like, you actually killed everyone of the convoy. Not sure if it's likely.
1.b: you somehow infiltrate a Gallic flagship, manage with a bunch of pirates with probably minimal land warfare experience and tactics, defeat Royal Marine Guards AND knock the princess unconscious before she can commit suicide (But I'd really hate to kill off my character)

2. But let's say you found a very original way to capture me - a woman with an arrogance that she'd prefer to fight to death rather than admit defeat, then what?
2.a: within 24 hours, the whole Royal Navy in the borderworlds would have scrambled whatever available ressources to rape every brigand bases. Within probably 48 hours, it would be the core worlds fleet that would be coming. And then probably the King' personal forces.
2.b: So what? Interogate her? but about what? the brand of her lingerie? Arielle is a military leader, yes, but mostly, she is politician; if she commands a little force, it is the Royal Guards along with her brother, and they aren't really of any secretive nature.
2.c: ransom? the brigand would probably lose more in the interval the Royal Fleets would take to find her than whatever sum they might extract from a kingdom that simply does not treat with mere... brigands (which aren't exactly popular either, as suggested by the brigand infocard)

so... care to clarify a bit? =/

The plot was never around.

You should take these things into consideration. That's what being a leader is about, knowing when to take losses and when to pull the hell out. What ideas are good, and what ideas aren't.

You had a sound idea, Blackwidow, sound indeed, but as many people said, Royal Family yes would be a big target to capture, but the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and Royal Guard, Along with the King. Would do anything and everything to get that family member back.

Honestly, I see what your trying to do, really do. But capturing the Princess is suicide.

If I were you I would spend a little bit more time planning, and hell, talk with the people in GRN to see what they might be interested in.

((Oh, and don't bother trying to capture the Commissioner of the Royal Police, We would careless.))

How about you calm the hell down? We've stated it several times and you blatantly discarded our advice. Either talk like a normal human being instead of an ape or I doubt alot of GRN are willing to even go on with this.
