Awarded for soldiers of the crown that has scored more than 50 confirmed kills in the name of the kingdom of Gallia.

the medal of honor like not such a big deal it seems win one fight and get a medal for it?
you'll be handing them out all the time and thuse making the not so much an honor to be awarded one
but also mybe you should have 2 different levels of loyalty medals just thinking is all
good luck

You can't just choose to become a Duke. It's a rank you earn through service and dedication to the faction. A person has to earn trust and respect before he can move up the ladder of the Royal aristocracy (and use bigger ships).

The question wasn't regarding being within your structure, it was a polite way of saying what are you going to do if someone decides he wants to be a Duke?
