Now let's not go into that. Cartel has just as much of a chance as the Buccaneers on becoming a faction itself.

Fortunately, it's not an either/or situation. There's plenty of room for both us and the Cartel. Besides, if they come to Bretonia, we'll just pirate them anyway.
