Well this is quite a peculiar job, nice going commodore, I bet it will be good for practice.
One suggestion though... why not instead of just making new systems, you work on the existing ones that are completelly empty and add wrecks, patrol routes, bases, etc.
I mean specially for some systems that connect between Guard systems, some of them are completelly empty and are no fun at all to fly in.
Genma - Order Admiral of the "Katana" Osiris vessel. McFly - Rheinland 2nd Lieutenant of the "Skipray" Rheinland Gunboat. Katarn - Trading Officer of the "Outrider" Large Train. Darklighter - Outcast Major of the "Krayt's Revenge" Outcast Destroyer. Malak - Corsair pirate of the "Dusty Bantha" Corsair Gunship.
And if you really must know, then yes, they all 5 are brothers that come from a disfunctional family, thus the difference in factions.
Commodore; There are BS patrols in all the house systems. Why can't Lane Hackers, who construct and use the Spyglass, have it in their GUARD system?
In my opinion, the current nomad systems shouldn't be touched. They are all used in the Single Player. Any new Nomad stations and things, should be done in brand new Nomad systems. Personally I don't think ANY Nomad systems, new or old, should be touched by the players, and only by Igiss.
BTW Commodore, the two systems connected to Omicron Lost are not Unknown systems. One is Omicron Delta, and the other is Omicron Major. Neither is Unknown, and neither should be touched. Especially Omicron Major as its an SP missiong location.
Also, QV, if the system is done in a week, he either didn't do anything else for that week, or its not done well/properly.
Here's an idea. There are countless systems (too many to name, actually) which just have two jump holes, and maybe a base or battleship stuck in there. Planets, trade lanes, new trade routes, and other loveable things would give us even more to Discover!
Well, I he sends me the system and its nearly complete, I can just as easily send it back and say add more stuff.
This guys is willing to work for free and I would rather work with him then spend 5 hours of my life sitting and trading, when i could be playing the game in other ways.

Verginix Out
...and then there's that old saw about 'sour grapes'.....

Asymptotic, please stop the useless posting. What systems do you think we're talking of? - Exactly those empty ones. I'm glad to see people post, but your posts are mainly you acting like you came here and 'want to be the boss'. Use the search function and inform yourself about a topic. Read the forums, then post your opinion.
Same goes for Commodore, it's cool, you can help develop the mod and you're willing to do it. Commendable. Igiss laid down some rules about submitting systems and also which systems can be claimed/designed/redesigned and so on. I'd like to see some new systems designed by you, please post a few screens when you make them.
I'm not flamming anyone here, I just want to point out to you people that this is Igiss' mod and we don't get to make things as we want them unless that's what Igiss wants. Have at least that respect before the man decides to say 'stop, I won't accept anything'. I would suggest having a story about the system you are making, not just making one 'for the sake of making a system'. Make it have a credible reason why is it there, same for the objects inside it.
edit: Mal, no need for more chaos than there already is in this, sometimes you make me wish I had the power to remove your posts:tease:
If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor
Not bad, I specially like the nebula. Btw, what have you done to the Sanctum part of the arch? Put it back:P
