It's on the Privateer ID, though that allows a somewhat wider ZoI (all the Omegas, for example).
And, probably not, since Blunt is away for the weekend.
P.S.: We're already technically official, we predate the BAF and even Dieter called us official in the other thread. We're now just officially not being tied to the BAF, because some people seem to have difficulty separating the two in their minds.

I always thought the Privateers were official. Anyways, I've always liked the QCP, they're probably my favourite non-vanilla faction. A clear defined purpose, with motives and goals that flow well with Discoverys story line so much that it begins to influence it. You're not just slapped on top of the game like many other factions. This is just my opinion when I say this, but if we didn't have factions like CR, KoF, Wilde, Phantoms, SCRA, the game would still be the same. But if we didn't have the QCP, things would be completely different.
I haven't had the chance to interact with any QCP yet, but my trader frequents Tau and Kusari, so maybe one day.
I do have a question though. If Bretonia wins the war, what will your faction do then?

I don't think an end to the war is likely anytime soon, and if it does, it'll probably happen only to be replaced by another (with Gallia, maybe, or something). I don't expect to ever see the QCP without some major target available to them.
Okay, my 2 credits... I know you're official/unofficial/pending to be official/whatever... but as there is no feedback place other than here...
With your separation from the BAF you should drop the IFF, you're pirates now, and the NPC police and Navy should hunt you... you shouldn't have much problem avoiding them.
Also docking at any BAF or Police base should be a big no-no...
Both things make connections to the Bretonian Government too obvious... and causes more grief for the Queen you selfishly serve :P (//Or rather for LeMaitre who has to repeat himself into oblivion about the issue)
I do like the twist on new recruits using civilian ships. Considered adding the Pirate Transport to your list? You need something to haul the loot away with (but please no insane demands like drop all cargo or pay 100m or die :nono:... that just ruins fun for everyone).
Adding Zoners to your hostile list... meh, I sense a repetition of the same old lament...
You might as well add each and every Liberty and Rheinland corporation to your enemy list, since when you'd encounter them in you ZoI they either deal with Kusari, Zoners, Corsairs or Red Hessians (who also dock on Freeports... ya know?)
Anyway... instead of blowing up transports with the "pay 2 mil etc..." try hijacking them... some of the most fun I had was when my Zoner Whale was hijacked to sell his goods at a place where they'd be needed. I.e. If you find a Transport full of Iridium, make sure they do sell it at Scarborough Shipyard, etc. and demand an escort fee for that service.
Switching to a Freelancer tag has been discussed, but even if we end up doing that, we'd never go so far as to be actually hostile to the Bretonian lawfuls. Our actions still retain a lot of (unofficial) support within the Bretonian government, and we still use Bretonian guns smuggled off bases by sympathetic quartermasters. In addition, we have to dock on BAF bases when we're repping, because the Privateer ID requires full BAF Guard reputation.
As far as bases go, that's a question best left to Blunt once he gets back on Mondayish. We obviously can't be obviously docking on BAF bases (except when repping, since it's a necessity), or most other restricted bases, but I would assume that the planets are still open to us (at least for now), and we still retain the support of BMM (though they don't exactly have a lot of bases to dock on).
