I have had to contend with a rather hasty sale of my house and move as well as some unexpected issues that are finally coming to a close.
As i see that you have moved forward and have admin backing I will step aside and let you move forward with this.
Feel free to use any of the current material you wish, there will be no bitter comments about that since it will take another week or so till I can be active again.
