Well, I think I already commented on how the system should be updated.

It was something like what follows:

* Three sub-forums are made in the Special Role-play requests; Pending, Approved and Rejected.
* No comments are allowed on the pending requests.
* Comments are allowed on the other two.
* All special role-play requests are completely visible.
