Anyways, not sure if you've noticed, but the server population is seldom above 120, and more often than not way below it. Unless the BHG are wanting to play SRS <strike>BSSNZ</strike> Poliz, then the bounty hunting will probably be on the decline anyways.

Hence their inactivity.

You people never cease to amaze me. First of all you carry on about the amount of bounty hunter spamming and now you are complaining about how little of them there are? Seriously, nothing is perfect, you are never going to get a nice balance because BH is a pvp related group. And now that you have forced restrictions on them nobody wants to play because it's no longer as fun. It's one or the other, alot of BH with spammage or hardly any and nothing.

Although we do not know how the current incident between Kusari and the BHG will end, outside of this BHs are able to operate within Kusari.
They just need to register with the proper authorities to do so, there are even two standing lawful bounties in Kusari.
One with the KNF and one with Samura.
