ya..it is so ugly..hehe..even i see that..but in order to keep it it in FL style i made it to be ugly
Rouge GB description:
Quote:Developed at Buffalo by Liberty Rogue technicians, the Rogue Gunboat is known as a clumsy and roughly constructed ship. However, in skillful hands this inexpensive gunboat can become a devastating weapon due to its formidable armor and advanced power array. Liberty Rogues are not only using the gunboat themselves in Liberty and Independent Worlds; many ships of this class are sold to Mollys of Dublin to aid their endless struggle against the Corsairs.
i think my enemies will run from prospector on sight of this thing...u wont need weapons flying this :crazy:
and about moving turrets about..that is harder then it seems..model has special modeled hardpoint with weapon plate skin on them...so they need to be moved on model as well as in hardCMP...i will make one copy of this ship with rearranged hard points...
but closer the weapons are more precise u will be when shooting...
Maybe it's just me, but I don't really think it's ugly at all. I think it looks better than a whole lot of other ships, and certainly better than the other Rogue/Molly ships, while still being obviously related to them.
Of course, I also think the Bretonian ships are rather attractive, so maybe I'm just weird. :unsure:
I'm really starting to like it! Removing the middle engine was a good thing to do. Now one more thing you should try:)Please remove the braces/bars that are attached to the bridge. Just leave the big neck thing. Those struts or braces just look tacked on and for me they do nothing positive for the model.
"To gain a hundred victories in a hundred battles is not the highest excellence;
to subjugate the enemy's army without doing battle is the highest of excellence."
Let the Struts, cause it is roughly constructed and build and after some tests the hull integrity becomes critical.
The Rogue engineers improvised and welded some additional struts on the hull.
I make small boxes, skinned with the weaponplate to work as a weapon/turret mount.

I understand the idea behind the struts, but they don't really look very good on the ship. It looks plent "roughly constructed" even without them.

i will remove front struts...those don't look good imo too...and possibly those directly below the cockpit...but i think i will leave those struts at back...gonna do some testing to see what looks best...
and about the neck..i did made it bigger, times 2...but i can make it even bigger if u wish...
i am going on business trip tomorrow and i will be absent for three days...so new changes will be on monday...
