There's no RP background to your faction.

You seem to have picked an unclaimed faction for that reason alone and stuck an unrelated name onto it instead of looking into what LWB are about.

There aren't too many Rheinland pirates. The more the merrier. However, only when the RP is sound, instead of someone who just wants to lead his own faction, no matter what it's about.

There isn't one. 'Elite Fighter Wing' is not an RP story or background.

I don't see a single mention of farming or SynthFoods, for instance.

Simply because i expected people to be able to know that as it is obvious but if you want me to re-write it so it answers every little question then give me a day. It is also the RP for the Wing rather than the whole faction as that already as its own RP

It still looks like the only reason this faction was created was because you, personally, just want to lead your own faction.

if i wanted to lead my own faction i would of started it when i joined rather than about a year on ive also been inseveral clans so i could see how they worked

I will attempt to do this as constructively as possible. The RP story that has been proposed here is a very generic, non-faction specific one. Basically, it seems like it could be interchangeable between almost every single NPC faction in the game, save only a few. I feel that an RP story for any given faction needs to take the basic foundation of the NPC faction they choose and then build upon it. One solitary paragraph just isn't enough to get the community behind you. For your own sake, that is something that is very necessary. Factions that dont have outward support just do not last. And factions that dont have solid RP, do not get outward support. I hope that helps.
