I know,some HAF actually do a caplol to alpha and anyplace

First point: Isn't the HAF tag the Sair equivalent to LNS-, MNS-, IKN-, HMS-, and RNC-?

Second point: I see HAF Legates EVERYWHERE, not once have I seen anything smaller then a Praefect. If you want anyone to take your group/faction seriously, snubcraft is the way to go

Third point: I have witnessed HAF stopping Samura ships, right outside Crete, with a cargo full of food, and tried to tax them, and kick them out of Gamma, and they would have if TBH didn't step in and stop them.

Fourth point: It's already been said, but only 1 faction per ID is allowed

how much time need say this? the new members in the HAF is a caplol,i know, they dont are new in the game,but they see in the HAF on choise to be member to one faction,i dont know why they effort to fall the HAF with those n00b things, breackin all corsair laws and RP things, was a thing go fall from my hands

HAF caps against MNS caps = dull.

but HAF bombers against MNS caps = much win

it would also help you to know who is in your faction and who is piggybacking and getting you guys in trouble.

You won't make it official that way, if you're still that kind of HAF I remember you are. It's not even that long ago aswell, a few weeks I've encountered some of your guys. To be honest, this encounter wasn't enjoyable, at all. If you think you'll make it official with the majority of your people flying nothing but a Legate, behaving even worse than many of the LNS- sponges around Liberty (Yes, it is possible) and plus that not knowing more english than "Red engaging", as others already stated above.

I dont think they would have to sell their ships either. Just also create a titan. As far as I know the only requirement for a Brotherhood capital is proving to McNeo you know both the Server Rules and Corsair Rules for such.

Depends how Im feeling, but this is the general rule currently in TBH.

I could pull some wise-ass comment out about the HAF, but it's all been said already.

HAF were improving before, but their resurgence hasn't been great. Though, whenever we get overwhelmed by firepower in a battle, they along with the rest of the indie force of Legates/Osiris/assorted others are very useful as a wall of people to throw at a problem.

Given the standards expected now, HAF will need someone like Casero (who doesn't have the time anymore) if they want to get near officialisation.

Im back in the head of HAF now, someones know me as Mega, others as Marques del Riscal, and yes, i have one cap, one called Hispania, and im not a lolcap captain.

I know there are many bad feelings against us, because our group wasnt welcome in the past, that was OUR own error, i know, why? because we are mainly hispanic people, [i can remember when i become a member in this community, i was banned, (there was one speed issue) I could not talk with any administrators, why I did not know English, in order to fix my problems], but tell me now if I dont speak english, okay, not good, not perfect, but i know you can understand me, here and also in game. Intolerance does not have place in a community like Disco, that's why I request your attention and, please, think with total impartiality.

This is not a request yet, we will work in order to improve our request, at the same time, we will work in order to improve our game, cleaning our own house, doing a purge if necesary.

Im just doing a new rule inside the HAF, we will implement Caps's absolute restriction, only we will have 3 of them and using accordingly the corsair laws.

but unfortunately, you cant make it to official status if that is what you are after. new server rules forbid it unless all 3 corsair factions fade away somehow.
