"There are no IPv4 addresses left... none all gone"
that mean - all possible adresses IPv4 are already bought.

Many firms, internet providers buy a unique IPv4 adreses for own,
so They can still give some adreses to his customers.

The fact that there is no IP left do not change the use of internet,
each provider can still create a milons new IP inside their network...

and this olny force to use IPv6 a little sooner, than people expects.

And I'm 21, and whats to fool? Dynamic IP users are at most risk I think, some ISP don't know how many utilize it because of the amount of users.

Think, 50 addresses to 50 customers. Thats fine.
What if it was 50 addresses to 60 customers? How is that going to work?

Well many providers solve this problem like this:
60 - customers and only well lets say 3 unique IP adresses to each 20 customers,
inside the network they have each personal IP adress, but to outside word They connect by 1 IP adress.

The bigger firms buy in advance many IP adreses - so as I already tell, they have stil many adress witch are not in use.

People have been expecting this for years and years and years. Almost since IPv4 was created. It's just a matter of laziness now.

About that is a Geek-joke:

IPv4 exhaustion party: everybody brings an EXTREMELY SMALL amount of alcohol and pretends to be surprised when it's gone.

But as said, IPv4 and 6 are not interchangeable. That is the entire problem.
