Beacuse the OP is pretty much the only person to mention the name, beacuse nobodys going "oh, SANCTION", beacuse everybody is more intent on discussing the issue at hand, beacuse numerous other examples have been brought up.

It's not a trial by forum, not anymore anyway, since the owner of the Order char with that name already stated it wasn't him and therefore just a coincidence. The discussion is not about a specific event now, but about if it is allowed in general.
