A skype chat with all the mentioned people won't bring any good. Factions leaders will bring their SICs along and the amount of factions affected by the mining mod is probably higher than you can imagine. There are more than half a dozen lawful factions that are able to mine, then add the junkers and a few unlawfuls. Let's assume it will come down to a dozen factions. Plus relevant admins and devs you'll end with 30+ people. Seriously, keep it on the forums or otherwise it will be even more chaotic.
