Oh but dear boss, I do recall you having to limp her home on your first outing as well, Something around the getting sstuck in the "badlands" due to a faulty Lane?( Has been fixed by the way). Therefore we are equal.

What does this has to do with going OOC and threatning players with a sanction?
Half of the server uses equipment granted by official factions via faction right no.6 following the tech chart.
If you are applying for official status you as the leader should be aware of this.

You have no idea the context of the situation, so I'll put it simply. Butt outta business that ain't yours.

It was a situation where I was discussing in PM with the person I was interacting with, who I pulled up for meta-gaming, and I mentioned that it was unacceptable and that, I quote "Take it to the top" if he failed to accept that.

Nothing about the piracy issue at the time.

So again, butt out.

We are still in discussions about it also. We've been told by certain admins we were never dissolved, and then last night as well we ewre told we were. So we really do not know how we stand with the administration team.

Two admin mentioned there was no evidence to say we weren't official, but then there is no paperwork other then our own that states we are. So it is a bit of a conundrum.

Rick here, The President and Vice President are on a well deserved vacation seems that radiation has been affecting them in more ways then one. Therefore with their permission I shall answer on behalf of them.

Firstly, the President is recovering from radiation sickness, is actions may have been questionable that night. there he was ordered time off until he has a clear head.

Secondly,
"Is rule-lawyering a standard conduct in the DSE?". Plainly put no it is not. as you see this one Person out of many. should incidents like these happen on a more frequent basis then you may start to question it by all means.

I wasn't commenting on the actual incident but on the attitude of a leader of an official? faction. I didn't know that Altejago flew Dakota himself. I only saw the faction leader blaming the Hackers once again even if no rule was broken from their side, apparently. Instead of taking responsibility.

Yes Sir, the attitude needs to be addressed I can agree with you on that. In his time out I'm sure he can attend some mandatory lessons on how to act in a proper manner. I will see to it that he does. Thank you for your concern.
