I have done nothing about the floody attitude you have shown in this thread, which makes people have a hard time taking your group seriously, and which will make it very hard for your group to operate in the long term. As I said, it's up to you.

so you spared me for my floody attitude (???), take measures cause of the rest and then tell me you wouldnt stop me? Am i supposed to feel lucky? or even believe this?

just think about your own comment there. and then ask yourself if it really is that hard to believe that my group does not want to end up with an attitude like this?

Definatly you don't. Having serious fun means being considerable on others. You don't care for others. None of your factions worked for various rules infraction.

you got that a bit wrong...most of my factions worked great...you just need to learn that some factions aren't meant to be forever. They are just part of a bigger story. The only important thing is the experience people in it have while it lasts.

concerning "serious fun": You might think that im an a*****e and im sure its not far off the truth but you should at least have in mind that it never was my main goal to be like that nor did I or any of my "group"
start the whole haters war. we just brought it to a new level. but why not? why should we care about those who violated our game experience first?
We tried to play a serious part in this community out of respect to the rules here at first. but as we obviously weren't wanted that way, we changed it to a gameplay that allows us to have fun.

So yes i absolutely dont care about the feelings or the RP or the fun of anyone else but the people in my faction or the ones i respect outside of it.

And that's why you continue to get hated on.
Disco is the players and when you alienate those players and do really stupid things like in the first ORI movement then inevitably it becomes a target, in and out of roleplay.

You need to understand that you have joined a mod where there is already a lot of established roleplay and rules. You cant just come in and disregard that.
Actually no, let me rephrase...
You CAN do this but it will get you nowhere and potentially perma-banned.
I have seen many guys with your attitude come onto this server and say the exact same things you are now.
They all talk like they are being fair and honest but in reality they are only trying to move the attention onto the community to make it look over-judgemental,
clouding the fact that they just want to be able to do what they want (no matter how wrong they are) with their own warped notion of "fun".

Pay attention to the server's roleplay and try and fit in to it that is fun for everyone. If you dont like that then I would suggest trying another server, since we already have
our fill of whatever you are trying to sell.

Has not worked out well for any faction to date.

I has personal experience of it. Doesn't work out well in the end. The faction tends to implode or run into a brick wall known as the Admins.

thanks for the advice but as there were RSC, IBS, ZG3E, ORI, PYM, NORP, ORI 2.0 and now ORI3...we have some experience with this kind of faction ourselves.
unlike you i always felt more like the faction tends to explode...but well that surely depends on ones pov.

Have you read anything of what i wrote? no.
Do you know anything about us? no.

so once again...for you:
we did not start this.
we played here for quite some time...nice and within the rules and we also tried to RP right (as good as first time RPers can be).
But we were more than once treated by other more experienced players like s***, because we had not always an answer on their 10000 questions about our characters.
We started over and over again with new characters in new regions etc.

The first time you possibly ever have heard about us was months after we started here, when i finally decided that it was too much, as "the princess" of gallia told us (GRN ID) that we werent allowed to have a group with only 1 bomber but 2 valors. we destroyed the princess ship and its helpers. after that we were stoned with Faction Rights and so on.

some of us wanted to simply restart somewhere else, but i convinced most to take a new path.
so i got a new forum id and we created new types of factions.

both ways compared...i have to say being the aggressor and just having fun no matter how hard the officials cry is much cooler than try hard to achieve anything the usual way and getting punched by some "elder elite players" for it.

in short: get ready...ORI3 is on your doorstep

Hi. I'm Josh.

I lead an non-vanilla faction from August '09 to October '10. The faction was official from October '09 to October '10.

I know next-to nothing about your group, or your RP. I'm speaking in regard to your attitude.

Back in '09, VR was a lot like how you described. A mostly internal unofficial faction, with people newish to the server. We also were self-centered.

Listen to what Linkus said. Disregarding the RP of others leaves nothing but hard feelings and creates rivalry where there could be cooperation and friendship. Because of this, VR and LH~ never got along until almost two years later. A huge regret of mine, it would have been much more fun for both sides had we simply:
  • Shut up.
  • Listened.
  • Were willing to compromise
Like I said, I know very little about your faction, but from the briefest of lookthroughs on this topic, you look completely unwilling to change your ways like the official factions have asked you to.

Quote:we did not start this.

Perhaps not. But you're not helping the situation.

Quote:But we were more than once treated by other more experienced players like s***

Perhaps you were.

But these things do not give you the privilege to run around like spoiled children, blaming the veteran members for all of your problems, similar to what VR did back in the day. There's a reason these members are called veterans and the reason these factions are official.

You probably wont listen to me. But please do.

Josh.

You wanted to change the 'world'. Ok

You wanted your own independent non vanillia RP. Ok

You want play with your buddies. Ok

But expect there are RP consequences of every single action of yours. I am not supporter of you or your faction and you know perfectly. I guess you have not been banned due to Chuck Norris knows what but I would use your chance carefuly. If this time you do it right, congratulations.

The problem is, I do know something about you. Your work with the ORI for example.
As well as some rather lolwhut behaviour in Jinkusu's in Kusari but lets not get into that here.
You also complain about how veteran players have mistreated you in the months that
led to the ORI, which conveniently explains your attitude to community roleplay.
This is how it is here. Newcomers either learn the right way on their own, or they get a trial
by fire on the forums or ingame.
The veteran players tell you how it is in the hopes you can learn and develop to fit in on the server.
If you have been mistreated by them, get over it.
This is how it is everywhere on any server on any game.
If a faction leader that has total power of the NPC faction tells you to jump then you must ask "How high?"
since they are tasked with how the NPC faction roleplay is shaped and molded in the mod.
You obviously chose Zoners since we have already agreed that generalising Zoners under one vision isnt
possible, giving you what you thought to be total freedom in the development of your own RP.
Instead of trying to understand Zoners in general and the base roleplay that drove them you
repped and bought Jinkusu's and lolwhutted all over Sirius.
If you really understood there never would have been a problem. Plenty of people come onto this
server and roleplay successfully. Others that dont, adapt and learn, they dont make groups that
are there for the sole purpose of imposing their own "fun" with one of the main reasons being
to SPITE the community.

Do yourself a favor and listen to the people who have been here a lot longer than a number of months.
I'm saying all this not to spite you or bring you down.
I want you to truly understand how the machine works so you can join us all with no worries.
I'm afraid that if you dont, it's going to be generation one of the ORI all over again.

I think you would have used a Freelancer ID instead of a Zoner ID you would have had few if any of these problems.

There is my feedback. Pick another ID.
