How many shipyards the Sairs got? 2 in Gamma, 1 O-94 , 1 in there Guard system and they'r haveing some agreement with Samura, Zoners Junkers Hogosha and more likely i guess

Sairs helped Order back in those good old times and didn't order gave the blueprints to sairs?
