The only problem with changing the power supplies, is that the BHG gunship uses the same power as the Liberty Gunboat, and if you change that, wouldn't it affect both? Since the power supply comes with the ship AS you buy it...

While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack

the lib forward gun has like a 5 degree (side to side i think) turning ability, and it can fire a bit upwards too, but apart from that i dont think i would consider that a 460 degree arc.

the kusari gb.. well, tbh, 4 turrets and a forward gun, is pretty lethal, as long as u know how to fly the thing, and how to fight..

No it doesnt, its fire arc has been adjusted more like the RH GB.

And don't knock 2 turrets off it because the KU GB sucks please. Thats just mean.
I don't want 2 turrets nocked off because the Ku GB sucks.. Actually the Ku GB rocks.. I love it. I beat the stuffing out of an AFA IMG GB without losing my shield.. Keep the Lib GB armor. I didn't know about the turret, thats good, but it still needs to lose one turret, and a little agility too.

agreed, the lib gb CAN afford to lose at least 1 turret. hell, it can own nearly every gb out there (there are a few exceptions made, because of the pilots, not the ships).

Well I am sorry for my lack of "Anything bigger than a gunboat"-knowledge. Including incredibly expensive upgrades.

Yes, the BHG Gunship is a very good ship. And some more variety within the different ship classes would be nice.

I apologize for my harsh post.

It seems to be destiny but let me tell you a story:
Back in the old days (4.80 ;P) I had a RH Gunboat. I used it because I really like the RH-design.
So I decided to make all my guns cerberus turrets....
Well it was nice. There was great firepower but after 4-6 salvos the energy was lost.
Then the beta came out on the RP server, and I still had all the cerberus turrets mounted. I also went trough the readme and saw "BHG Gunship" - sounds nice, let's give it a try....well....yeah...
All of a sudden I was a "bad guy", "abusing" unbalanced equipment.
Thank god both were changed and I had to rethink my loadout.
Some time ago I decided to put a missile launcher on my Gunship....guess what was the next "nerf"-target:(
Also in those "old days" I was desperately looking for a "mercenary-like" ship. And I finally found the Stinger......
But suddenly I have to hear that this ship is also "imba" and needs to be nerfed and balanced etc.

I hope you get my point. Everything I use and I like suddenly becomes the target of the nerf gang and its grim members XD


Thinking of it: The GS's already have a disadvantage in firepower because they are lacking a forward gun;)

like i mentioned, it doesnt need a forwad gun, if u have a decent loadout, which doesnt rape ure power supply, u dont nneed the forward gun to win. u will win, slowly, but surely.

even 4 turrets can kill a cruiser with ease, just depends on how u fly the thing:)

Thats sparked a thought - why all of a sudden is the Liberty gunboat uber?

Anyway, whats wrong with its agility? I think the loss of a turret will be enough. I dont want you space monkeys tinkering with it too much.

(remember way back when Lib GB turned like a Train ><)

What can I say... owned :P

You have a nasty habit of choosing the wrong equipment at the wrong time....actually if you went the other way and pick up Barghest, Greyhound, Taidan HF, Heyna, Orca.... you will just read how they should be upped... so basically just tough luck.

GB missiles are really good... even in that fight that I mentioned I didn't use more than 20 (I fired them only after I dropped their shield)... so ammo for them will be nice. Yet there are people saying how completely useless they are... and how completely useless fighter missiles also are.
Stinger is tiny.. and has tiny hitbox that covers some 1/3 of the ship.. check it yourself.

mjolnir i never use missiles on my gb, but i was testing them with you:)so i agree ammo for them is good idea

Not possible. I can barely fit Cap 1 on mine. It's the only gunship I've ever tried, so I wouldn't really know about relative firepower. It just felt to me like it ran out of energy really quick.
