Server does not need another independent squad with player base larger than some NPC factions.

IIRC it's perfectly fine. What you can't do is have a Secondary ID to access ship classes which the primary ID cannot use. The point of the secondary ID is precisely so a faction can undertake the RP activities permitted by the ID - you just can't Pirate while on a Merc, and vice-versa.
Sorry for the dig but you are wrong on that one Max. You can't do that, secondary ID should be used for RP purposes, like LSF request to have Freelancer ID as secondary for the purpose of going undercover, or Hessians using it to bounty hunt out of the normal ZoI. It must not be used in a way that contradicts the usage of the main ID.
As for Veygaar and the Renegades, I find the Scorpion GB request a bit... ooRP... The Order who have much more resources, knowledge and experience can't do that. Also, maintaining 2 Cruisers is hard, you need shipyards, resources and crew. One is possible, fixing in space, maintaining with minimal crew etc etc. Other than that, good luck!

Good luck with faction request but you kinda ruined it with these special OPs IDs, cruisers and, lets not forget to mention, Scorpion GB request. It's really ridiculous. Your primary goal should be acquirement of official faction status. Only by mentioning special ships you brought unnecessary negative remarks.
Where in Rheinland would you keep your 2 cruisers running? Hessian shipyards are your only choice, if we take into consideration your ZOI, so work with your relations with them. You can't just skip this important part. Besides, who'd build those "Hel" ships is you haven't even discuss this with Blodo? (or maybe you already did).
The Joker has been flying alongside Nomads and Wilde since '09, if only 'cause he admired their ways and goals. Him acquiring only 2 nomad gb turrets sometimes in the future would be perhaps too unrealistic and far fetched. I personally respect Mwerte (if he's still a faction leader of Wilde) for keeping mentioned "group" isolated and secured from the outside factors. It's just too bad to see some of those fine vessels with CAU 5 sometimes. That is unforgivable:)
My point? You're forcing things too much too soon, Veygaar. Slow it down a little bit. You've been around for a year or so. Let things evolve on its own. When you learn some patience, both you and your crew will prosper more rapidly.
The faction is no longer centralized around one person but an idea.
The idea the the group would "die" without me can be argued against by looking at this summer while I was away for over a month on a training exercise. It was during this time the RP of Rorry's capture and faked death took place, and the Renegade members actually stepped up their activity in my absence both as a character and as a person.
The above example was when the group really was focused one one character, if we look now the group is even further decentralized around just one person, and we're more active now than ever before.
EDIT: @Joker: The role play for those Cruisers must be established before they can come to light, so those questions will be addressed when the time comes. As for the scorpion-hybrid, it has been a request in the making for OVER one year, we have been taking it slow.
