This looks like promising stuff!

I can't wait to see the changes to the trade lane system and those cool new explosions you mentioned here:P

Also, I am assuming that the Gallic transport turret is classed as Gallic civilian? I mean so the Council, Brigands, GRN, and Gallic Corporations can use it?

If you ever decide to re-evaluate this, my suggestion is to set the biased according to CW/CCW rotation. If there isn't enough of a hint in the system (IE a single lane running left and right), you can look at the system CW/CCW within sirius. I was going to write this up but thought ... nah nobody would ever both with this.

Turret steering still doesnt work like it did in update 2:(

Rheinalnd bomber is cheaper, stronger, more agile.
I m not here to complain about liberty tech to be weaker than rheinalnd, but it is very very long when rheinalnd have 2 bombers, and bergelmir is realy realy hard to hit when liberty have 1 weak bomber when liberty need a good bomber desperatly again much stronger RNC caps.

Also I need to mention that LABC was trash in 4:85 and is still not a good ship now in 4:86.
Practicly because it is turret ark is not to good ( from 6 light slots only 4 shots around, and the rest turrets ark is bad in close combat ).
LABC is alot slower than Kuzary BC what have 140 speed and superiour agility, when LABC is full of weakpoints and not have best turret arks.

I saw how Dragon light cruizer in conecticut defeated [LN]-LABC what had pulses/cerberus/primarys on without even lossing a shield.
And if RNC cruizer with so many turrets manage to get behind LABC, LABC is doomed.

So yea, LABC is still not a good ship and Upholder was and is still far worse than rheinland bombers.

Just pointing out somethink that has been ignored.

That's a fine point sir, the US bomber pilots agree! Holding your own in Alaska would be so much better will just a tad more energy.
