Hungry Hippos - with a Lion's Bite. It's not my fault you're all 'spray and pray' types and can't hit a 3k diameter asteroid even if it bit your arse while you're facing it. Maybe consider less drinks in the bar if they don't improve your aiming? After all, the Rogues go boom if hit twice by that loadout.

If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov
The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

MESSAGE TO: George Fox

COMM ID: Fellow Hoodlum CEO [IND]

Dear Mr Fox, good to see you are joining the *cough* legal trading members of Sirius.
Any help for our staff is always appreciated, and our Epsilon Escort Wing will always be
on hand to help all Sirius traders.
I believe Mr. J. Winter was involved helping out a Bs| ship in O-Minor just last night, with
the destruction of a rogue Hogosha Talarka cruiser.
You will find we are more than ready to deal with any threats now, pirate or terrorist.
Good luck with your future endevours, and the insurance company always pays for any
of our past losses. No biggy there. Welcome to Sirius ...

Jay,

It would appear you have a few new "Wall Street/5th Avenue" types sniffing about IND, probably up to industrial espionage and leveraged mayhem. My guess is that at quarterly report time, you'll find they're more "Garment District" in nature, and are merely trying some not-so-subtle intimidation tactics to make up for lost ground.

Just wanted to assure you of continuing "preferred customer" status with my little venture, Daddy Warbucks Ent. LLC. Fond memories and mentoring count for much, Jay; and I still consider the debt not paid. Call on me any time, and extend an open invitation at Villa Incognita to all the VPs. It's almost harvest time!

Meanwhile, I'm in New York! Miracle of miracles. And I'm hosting in the bar! Stop counting those bloody beans, and attend!

Wet kisses,
Pops

OK, who ordered the Sidewinders. I will not have that Liberty rubbish in the bar, well
apart from emergencies only ...
Like the tequila running out, pigs may fly. Mmmm
Suggest whoever, tells the rather drunk gentlemen who turned up, to chase his credits
elsewhere. Not on my bank balance buddy ...
Watchful eye on the competition boys and girls ... Screw the pirates, Sky B's for all.
ESC ... Fingers out, or P.45s will be in your trays, Get it, got it. Good
That is all.

Message: Is that you just handing out the general order Jay. Jeez you gotta keep with the times I have had sky B's on my brick for AGES (a week maybe a week and a half) Oddly though ever since i mounted them no pirate has come near me so i havent had a chance to properly test them yet. Although the lack of pirate attacks had led me to think that these guns may be lucky charms. Yes i know it sounds strange guns as lucky charms it sounds like a phantoms dream which also worries me. But we'll see how it all pans out. Oh BTW you may already know this but i sending this from the Leviathan in Omi Alpha (yes that scary system) so becareful what you say in your reply, im almost certain that bloody boss of mine makes recordings of transmission i send out and receive. You'd think he would trust his 3rd in command wouldnt you. Anyway i may get to the bar on manhatten later this week so dont drink the place dry you lot.

LUCKYCHARMAGE ENDS.

Nuff said old chap, nods as good as a wink to a blind horse ...
The comms concerning Sky B's was for those not yet employing a serious deterrent to the
greedy buggers hanging out around Cambridge and routes beyond ... 5 mil my arse.
The Helghast seem to think we are a soft touch ...
Thoughtful route planning and the use of those lazy ESC. pilots will make our life a little
easier.
First ones on me ...

Sorry to report boss that since you've opened up the weapons choices, I've been switchin guns like mad. Unfortunately, I must have had something get crossed up on this hot-rod. Now the engines won't fire up. I've sent for a specialist, though it may take some time for him to arrive. Until then, I'm out of commission. That gives me plenty of time to argue with the insurance adjuster though. I swear those guys live by two words....'claim denied'.

Well, mates,

Not sure it's always a matter of how sodden we are..

A word to the boys in "contract procurement" might be in order..

A bit difficult to fly escort missions when there are none in the pipeline, eh?

At any rate, point taken. Plenty of action near Waterloo.. just something about flyin' gratis that irks the ol' entrepeneur spirit.

Standing by,

Pops pushin' the Prine
