Section 2:Using any non-Discovery Mods, espically speed or loot related as well as any that change the stats on items and ships are all considered cheating.
The time of the bans may be anywhere between 60 days to eternal. First time using speed mod the punishment is 60 days anyone spotted twice or more faces an eternal ban.
Any attempt to hack the server both successful and unsuccessful will result in an eternal ban from the server and the forums.

Section 5:PvP in Connecticut is allowed with no set rules or restrictions uless their is an event or duel.
There are no restrictions for self defense and a player is obligied to defend him or herself.

<Jon.Snow was born on the California Minor planet in the cold place, his family is living there for long time and that explains their last name. Even Jon`s father don`t know when their ancestry has changed last name, they didn`t worried too much about that. For some time Snow family is working private bussines and they have several miners in the company but Jon didn`t want miner life for his future, he allways wanted to educate and learn much as he can. IT sector is path that he chose for his study.
Something is strange about Jon, he never had real sexual life and he wasn`t so interested in girls in the first place. He believe that real love will find him on his long life, several times was disappointed in friends so he is having some blocade in comunication with other people on the first meeting.>

Why are you interested in joining the LSF?
I have recently moved to Liberty, to Manhattan, and whilst my Career in the BAF has been fruitful, the current war has culled the need for the AWACS role, and such the AWACS program has been scrapped. I recently applied for the LN but they do not seem interested in my abilities, let alone anyone elses. Therefore I am applying for the LSF from the ground level and hope to find myself in my old career again in the future. For the time being, I will serve my new home of Liberty to the best of my ability.

I have a deep understanding of strategy and tactics and have used them successfully in the BAF for many years. Whilst I am used to a support role, my ability to learn, as well as my understanding of said tactics means that I can adapt to any situation that presents itself. I also have a knowledge of stealth and episonage as I have overseen and conducted deep incursions into hostile space. I have strong leadership skills and am able to not only follow commands but also lead by example to both my collegues and members of the public.

I was born on Leeds to a military family. My father and his father, and his father's father were all BAF Career Officers. I enlisted with the Bretonian Armed Forces straight after school and entered into the Academy as an Aerospace Systems Operator, before eventually becoming trained as an Battle Manager on board an AWACS vessel where I spent most of my career. My tours were all over and varied. Some were observing and conducting military operations, some were humanitarian missions and some were just customs duty. I also participated with the Academy by organizing and managing training scenarios.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
The LSF as the LN (who don't seem to know this fact) have an obligation to conduct routine customs and law enforcement wherever they are present, unless they are currently on assignment and have been order not to. In the real world if LN are the Navy and Armed Forces and LPI are law enforcement: LSF are the equivalent of Homeland Security, the FBI and the CIA and as such should keep a low profile as much as possible. The LSF also fills the role of Military Intelligence and should relay any information that are vital to LN and LPI efforts. All LSF members should conduct themselves in a manner that is professional and to the standards of the LSF itself.

Then explain why the following rules are important: 3.1: Despite the IC grudges, we are all actors in our own play. Behind every character is a normal person just having fun and at no point should we take ourselves too seriously about the game. This is roleplay after all. Respect each other at all times and have fun! 3.3: OOC chat breaks immersion and can often ruin someone's roleplaying experience if the // is complete nonsense or unneccesary. Rare ooc is socially accepted in terms of correcting spelling mistakes or reitterating something ooc that was described ic but to which the person did not understand. But as stated this is rare and is a social acceptance not a rule acceptance. Again follow rule 3.1. 3.4: Not everyone knows the rules. Alot of people are new. Everyone was new once and slapping an instant "I'll get you sanctioned" because someone has the wrong ID for example breaks rule 3.1 and 3.4 and is, for lack of a better way to describe it, majorily lame. If someone has an issue, discuss it with them politely; they may be oblivious to how what they did is wrong. If you have an issue, file a report. And most of all, no-one likes a sore loser. Complaining that you died and that you're going to get the person banned, despite everything being ic, is unsporting and childish. 5.2: Shooting people purely on their IFF (Red doesn't mean enemy!) and ID degrades the server into a COD match and less a roleplay. In real life (with exceptions to crazy people) no-one ever attacks someone without a good motive. As we are all roleplaying together, as well as real life taking priority, everyone needs warning that they are about to be engaged. As with the LSF and all law enforcement, the person must be given an opportunity to obey the law or leave without incident. In the same way, pirates (generally) follow the rule of "give me money and we're cool" and often pirates will not pirate someone insignificant, not wealthy (level) or with cargo not worth any value. "HALT" and "Engage" are not valid roleplay to then attack *waves finger at indie Navy caps* 5.6 to 5.8: This is common sense. It stops dock camping, it stops a PvP fight that never ends and it stops a trader coming back with another character that's in a gunboat and pew pewing you.
