I wanne annotate that it wasnt the fault of our esort pilots and a punishment is not taken into account.
KoF high command wasnt aware of the local politics in omicron teta and is taking over the responsebility
for this incident. Although we try to be up to date with the local laws, information in this chase was hard to achieve.
If we could achieve a booklet of the laws and rules in theta and aw space we would be very grateful.
We are gladdend to hear that theta is a save and neutral place. We deliever the freeports regularly and
even think about an increase of the trade volume , as soon as this incident is shelved.
With best regards,
Captain Chingo, wing leader of the freighter fleet

The laws are very simple and short. There is to be no pirating, which I doubt will be a problem with the KoF, as I am unaware of any criminal acts being committed, and no attacking other ships. The only exception to this are the Phantoms, and the TT, whom anyone may shoot if they see them in Theta, as they are both enemies of AW. All other factions, such as the RoS, 202nd, and TBH are not allowed to be shot at, as they are considered neutral in Theta. If you do witness, or are a victim of piracy or hostile acts, such as an attack, send me a private message with any evidence you have and we will sort it out.
The Corada Undocked FP9,because [TBH]Tinky broke the no shooting rule in Theta by Coming from Gamma and attacking a BHG ship.He was escorted to The Gamma JH,and there he stoped and provocated the Corada, which resulted in a Hostility where The [TBH]Tinky was destroyed.

Corada, you are sure of what you say? That bounty hunter SAM MOTION attack me,without any word! And you know that. and he also attacked corsair tagged advanced train or you will say that train attack him? http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc247/g...k/screen266.jpg
(you see who is shooting and who is not shooting?)
then i destroy him. then undock you, and first think that i ask you was why we are attacked without word. and this end with your fire on my hull in front of gamma jumphole.when i ask you on the ceasefire you say you know nothing about that, now you say i broke it,when i was defending myself? so you are liar corada, and you know that.
closing communication...
tinky out.
ooc:next time when i destroy you, stay docked pls.
Corsair, I find it highly unlikely that you have access to these comms, especially considering my father put the encryption together, and mere humans are unlikely to parallel the thoughts of my species, much less break a code using out logics.
Now, Corada has been reprimanded, I've already gathered all evidence, and he knows not to do this again. I have also not faulted you Tinky for any actions you made, as you were unaware the AW-TBH ceasefire was no longer in effect and you made no hostile actions beyond your own self-defense. He will be on a short leash, though he is allowed to engage any TBH vessels in Theta, at least until a new cease fire is made.
I expect not to see you attempting to read our private transmissions again, or you can expect the AW to do a little code-cracking of our own. I hope I've made myself clear.
I bring grave news. It seems The Brotherhood has little motivation to keep this situation civil or keep it from worsening. The Ableben was on its daily patrol of Theta when it found Brotherhood member Yanez and gunboat Sicarii. Not wishing to escalate the problems I sent a request for their business in Theta. If they had legit business I'd have let them stay and go about any business they had if they any. They did not. After I requested they leave I got the response "We'll think about it" from Yanez. About 2 minutes later I found out the entire argument was a delaying action and their presence was nothing more than a trap to get me stuck in. Corsair Praefect Cruisers Lord Marshal and Toombs approached and opened fire upon entering max range for cruiser weaponry.
If it were a trap, it was a very badly preformed one. Apparently the Corsairs forgot the mechanical prowess of our engineers at Livadia. The Ableben took down both Praefects without suffering any hull damage. Right as the second Praefect was destroyed, Vendhyen arrived in his Osiris and targeted Sicarii. The Ableben likewise targeted the gunboat and he was shortly destroyed. Yanez fled, but later was disrupted by a nearby Outcast who held him as I caught up to the Corsair. He was then quickly destroyed.
I had hoped the aggression would come to this point, especially this quickly. I sincerely hope their leadership is more level-headed then these.
My last report was grave. Outlining the increasing tensions between The Brotherhood and the Asgard Warriors. This one is of disappointing news. The tensions between The Brotherhood and Asgard Warriors have finally escalated to a state of war. The Ableben arrived at Freeport 9 today, from a recent refitting at Livadia, to find one Brotherhood Osiris Battleship, one OPG Corsair Dreadnaught, one OPG Gunboat, and several fighters and bombers from both organizations.
Seeing as how two battleships had more combined firepower than the Ableben, I sent a message to the Caedo, which arrived quickly. Our odds were much better, but not good enough. Seeing as how it was the Corsairs initiating this incident, I put in a call to a nearby Outcast bomber, Esperanza Larez, of the 101st. We were also answered by a Mandalorian mercenary bomber, Ranov'la Aran. Outnumbered 7 to 4, we weren't in the best of conditions. That was when a Zoner Battlestar, Skull, appeared from the direction of Omicron Gamma. He agreed to help us.
Even though we were still at 7 to 5 odds, and the Corsairs had a third battleship of their own on the way, I felt slightly more secure so I restated the same order that I had when first finding the Corsairs in such proximity of Freeport 9. For them to leave the area immediately. Since they had been given 5 minutes before, I only gave them one more minute to begin moving out. This was also because I wanted to avoid the Corsairs bringing any more support as they had done once, and because they had one Osiris on its way. We flanked around and above Freeport 9 to reduce any stray shots hitting the station. All five of us opened fire on the OPG flagship, Torquemada. At the same time, both the TBH Osiris, the Torquemada, the OPG's gunboat, Kiwi, and the two bombers opened fire on our flagship, the Ableben. This bode ill for the Corsairs, as the Ableben had considerably more armor than all the other battleships in the area. The Torquemada quickly fell to the Caedo and Ableben's combined firepower of 32 turrets.
We quickly turned to the Brotherhood's flagship and destroyed it as well. The gunboat, the gun master of the Caedo counted, fell within 10 seconds of being targeted. One of the bombers fell shortly afterwards. This left the Corsairs with one fighter, one bomber, and an independent Corsair in a Titan. We began to fire upon them when a third battleship, an Osiris, appears in the area, directly behind the Ableben. Now, being a ship that relies more on firepower and armor than speed, turning around wasn't quick business. But our armor was capable of withstanding the attack until we could return with our own weaponry. The third battleship also fell to the Caedo, Skull, and Ableben. Arriving on the scene at that point was the Zoner Expeditionary Battlestar 565. Not able to do much more than fire on the remaining two fighters, for the last bomber had fled. An Elder of the Corsairs, Lucendez, fled the area as well, after he was left alone with no one but an independent Corsair.
Having lost no ships to the attack, the Ableben and Caedo took up defensive positions around Freeport 9.
Later today we brought in more ships to Theta for defensive positions. Among them was Supreme Commander Korrd's flagship, the Iluvatar. General Ripper's bomber, GaGygion. Captain Lancer's Skyhawk, Lieutenant Maku's Vaar Gunboat, Lieutenant Deker's Vigr Gunboat, and Midshipman Czaria in his fighter.
Both Lieutenant Maku and Deker followed Commander Alarien to Omicron Kappa, where they engaged a Harvester Cruiser. Harvester 10. After following it to Delta, there the cruiser was finally destroyed. The three returned to Theta and joined the defensive formation around Freeport 9.
I'm sure many more reports will be added to this in the following weeks. For now, Admiral Soren out.
