Hello there, the name is James, but call me McConnor, i prefer it that way. And my story... heh, isn't the prettiest one i'd have to say.
I used to work for the BMM, not anymore, mining gold from dublin and transporting it with my hegemon to New berlin, it was short, they paid well, but then one day, things went to trash. On the last few days i was attacked by hessians and other pirates, and unlucky me, i didn't had any escort since the BMM didn't cared about their employees safety.

Yesterday was the worse day of my life, they destroyed my hegemon, the ship i buyed with my damn money, and after that, the BMM called me and fired me, blaming me for the loss of all that gold cargo. I ended up back at New London, wihout a ship, wihout a single coin, nothing.

To think that was going to be my end of my dreams of fortune... heh. Not even the BMM would dare to the same things i did, traveling to corsair systems, or getting inside radiation clouds, heck, i even got attacked by nomads once.

But, luckly before returning to my home, i saw one of your ships, well not one, an entire dedicated mining group. With miners, transports, and escorts, and then i thought myself: Why the heck i haven't joined these guys yet?

And here i am, recording this message after almost losing my life. Don't worry about my problems, i know how to deal with them, and if by any reason it gets my friends involved, i will make sure that never happens.

I would gladly enjoy you guys and help you with everything, since mining is my dedication, and almost part of my soul.

This is Captain Gavin Briggs. I was formerly a pilot of the mining ship Cronos under the IMG| tag.
I have been in hiding since my attack from the Nomads while doing some deep space exploration. I have found my way back to the Tau and Omega systems and have acquired another mining ship flying under the name : TITAN. I am looking at joining the IMG. I have played on Dicovery for a number of years. I quit for about three years and have recently returned. I have been mining a lot in Kansas for Copper ore over the past few weeks and noticed I enjoyed the mining experience. I ran in a convoy with a few other Freelancers, Traders and Miners - and had a blast. I always see IMG players online and I felt I could fit in. I spoke to Coffee Break in game and he/she suggested that I make a post in this recruitment thread.

I have Skype, Discord and Teamspeak with a mic. I live in Canada GMT -5.
