Good day,

The alarm bells sounded, as usual pirates were spotted near the known "Pirate's Lane", the lane from Planet Mojave to NY JG in California. I prepped up the crew of my gunship to face the worse.

Coming out of Virginia, I was in a perfect position to quickly deal with the pirates. Turns out, our friendly neighborhood pilot (Timothy.Hawk) was on scene, apparantly trying to wait for reinforcements before engaging the hostiles.

And lo' behold I was the reinforcement that Mister Hawk was waiting for... As per usual standard protocol, I gave the pirates one chance to escape with their ships intact. What amazed me is that they actually counter-proposed that I was the one who flee. I took the chance of an preemptive strike before they did the same measure. There were three of them and one was a bomber so we immediately targeted the enemy bomber.

One of the pirates, 'Exspes', fled and returned in what appeared to be a Rogue Gunboat. My crew did not flinch at the sight of it, we were prepared to use the techniques taught to us by Commodore Robinson a few days ago.

The result of the battle:



A pretty display of fireworks apparently stored in the Gunboat's ammunition cache. The last remaining pirate was dealt with by none other than Mister Hawk and an assisting Bounty Hunter.

This will be a short one. I was running standard patrol rounds when I encountered a council liner class ship, carrying Refugees. Seeing as it's destination was Pittsburgh, I offered escort. The liner class apparently had downed a Royal navy patrol on it's way here, and one of their pilots was in their hold. The liner offered a transfer, which I accepted. While I believe that the pilot is probably a rookie and won't know much, I've transferred him to a holding cell on Fort Bush.

On an additional note, there is an AI cruiser class vessel named "#Occam". I encountered this vessel, but was hit by an ion storm and couldn't pursue. I'd suggest future patrols to keep an eye out for this vessel.

Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. The day hasn't been eventful when it comes down to pirates and other intruders into Liberty space, but I've got a nice bit of intel that I think will interest you and help our war efforts.

Firstly though, a little review on my todays patrol. As I said, not much to take note of. Merely an Outcast that has came across when I was done with my sweep through California. Poor bastard was part of this XTF-Group, and sent by his superiors to "prove himself", which is the equivalent to getting killed when you fly through Liberty like that. Anyway, long story short: He looked for a "challenge", and found one. I took care of him a bit later.

After that, Lieutenant Hartman and me attended back to our patrol pattern, sweeping New York and eventually Texas, where we were supposed to meet up with an Security Force Agent called Coerceri, which we did. We met up with the agent at Houston orbit. He provided us with information. Information he's been picking up when he was on recon in Rheinland, which suggested that we would find a backdoor into the Militaries HQ, Braunschweig. Shortly after we were provided with the coordinates, around the sector F2 in Hamburg, the agent disappeared...typical.

Anyway,I thought about calling in a recon squad to check for the jumphole, which would take its time so I've decided to do it myself, Hartman included since she was up for it. We made our way through Bering, and eventually jumped to Hamburg. Unfortunately, there was a Rheinland Battleship uncloaking right infront of us, but we were able to break off and retreat for the time being. One of their fighters that goes by the name Heinrich Schmid managed to get on our tails, so we had to deal with him eventually. Hartman was a little overwhelmed, since the rheinlander had focused on her instead of me, but I was able to make him retreat by badly damaging his hull.

A little off the coordinates we were provided with, I've found the jumphole to Braunschweig which could be a good starting position for a possible attack on their most preciously guarded infrastructure. I'd still send in a recon squad to be sure what we're dealing with on the other side before drawing any conclusions.

I hope the intel will turn out useful for further offenses into Rheinland territory, and hopefully we'll be able to deliver a devastating blow to them soon.

Greetings, sirs.

These past few days have seen an increase in the presence of vessels built in Rheinland that are illegal here in Liberty space. Here is a brief summary of the vessels I've run across.

First off was a Rheinland "Behemoth" class vessel tagged as Foxman operating with no known IFF or affiliation. Additionally, it looks as if he had high-jacked a cargo hold full of Ageira Military Vehicles. The vessel attempted to flee, including a crash docking attempt on the Missouri, and then going so far as to fly above Zone 21 before running to Texas. I managed keep up and catch him on the other side of the Texas Gate, where I denied him Trade Lane access while I pounded him with EMP and Nova fire. The results speak for themselves.

Right after that incident I received a call about another Rheinland heavy transport, a "Colossus", with the tag of Koksnuss near West Point. Heading there I found the vessel to be operating under a Republican Shipping affiliation, and that its captain was looking to sell Furs and Holo-Sculptures on Erie. I'm not sure how its captain missed the memo about the war, but we forced the vessel to dump cargo and I ordered it leave via Texas. I assigned the Assault Cruiser LNS-Macross and the fighter LN-Persuit-23 to escort it out. Unfortunately for the Koksnuss, they tried to run for the California Jump Hole, and the Macross was forced to take it out.

The next day while in patrol in New York I ran across a Rheinland Military scout, a Frank.Neumann, in a "Phantom" Light Fighter. I requested that he surrender, and after some banter, was forced to engage and terminate the target.

I would like to note that I was able to retrieve the following items from the wreckage, and that they have been handed over via Commander Clark to R&D. I hope that our boys can put them to good use in figuring out a few upgrades for our own systems.

I let the vessel dock in New York pending a funds transfer. I am hoping that the next time Mr. Vredes is seen that he, with help from his brother, will have obtained a vessel that is legal here in Liberty, as he is apparently a persona non grata in Rheinland.

Incidently, with respect to Lt. Lewis' notes, I did run across the vessel #occam while on that same patrol. The vessel appears to be of a capital class. Its Core also appears to be beligerent, probably inflated by its vessel's size, as attested to by the following comms.

Needless to say, that while its statements were true(I doubt the Paradise could have scratched the #occam's hull before we were vaporized), the Core's behavior and statements show a complete disregard for the Laws of Liberty. I know its been a while since my last report but i think Ive spent more time on the Burke in the last month than i have planet-side in the same space of time. Thank you for the promotion to full Commander and head of Logistics under Captain Baker, Things are going to be interesting. Well my first order as LLS Commander is as follows: I want all personnel with LLS ships to report in via SKYP-3 protocols. this is just so i know who, what and where. Today was the maiden flight of the new Gunboat assigned to my command, The Blue Ridge. Shes a fine ship. a bit cramped for my tastes but such is life. She handles like a dream and the AEGIS (Advanced EnGagement Interception System) system works quite well. to the extent where today we engaged two Rogue "Scylla" class destroyers. they along with the assistance of the LNS Secondary Forces were taken out. It was about this time when a AI cruiser Appeared on screens. We gave chase to it and Cruise disrupted it the Asteroid field near the New York Jump Gate. the AI cruiser was designated: #Occam. The Blue Ridge took it out with minimal damage to the shields. Today was a good day. The Blue Ridge is working fine except the door to my private lavatory seems to be jammed. going to have to get maintenance onto that. The New larger quarters on Norfolk are better, i can now fit an extra cubic meter of whatever in now. that seems to be it. Well i better get back to it i have Mountain ranges worth of paper work to get through. Oh and here's the GunCam Footage of the AI cruiser going critical.

So, Lieutenant Commander Raven sent me and Lieutensnt Polstari on a run of Colorado. It was dead quiet. We ran into no one as we passed Pueblo, Rio Grande, then took the lanes to the Kepler gste before cutting across via cruise to the Gslileo gate.

Our patrol continued to the New York gate, from which we checked the New York then Ontario Jump Holes. Nothing from the time we got to the Ontario Jump Hole and back to the New York Gate.

We split up at Fort Bush, with me heading to Manhattan and Polstari heading to Missouri. Besides somebody named Alycia Cahoone near Bush, met no-one.

Here is a compilation report of incidents over the past few day. I would like to note that I've seen an increase in traffic of vessels originating in Gallia, both friendly and not, in this time period.

First incident of note was while flying supplies for [color=#CC0000]***REDACTED*** in the Sierra Nevada. While coming in to New York near Norfolk, I ran across the vessel Iliuha. Per standard procedure I gave it a scan, and discovered the following cargo hold of slaves. I was not able to halt it at the time, but I kept it in mind. While on my next journey running supplies I ran into the vessel again, and once again it was brazenly attempting to haul slaves out through Texas. I was able to put out a call for lawful reinforcements, and we caught vessel, destroying it and rescuing its cargo of slaves. I brought the slaves aboard and took them to Houston for proper processing and integration into Liberty society.

While working on supplying our forces in New Hampshire, I received a transmission from a Council vessel Council|SDF-Glaceau holding in Magellan.

I attempted to contact the -LSF-Prometheus to request that it meet with the vessel, but it did not acknowledge me. I proceeded to meet the vessel myself at Magellan in my Upholder, and confirmed that it was indeed a vessel flying Council colors. I offered escort to the vessel, which was fortuitous, as there were several pirates on the route to New York. I guided the vessel around through Ontario into Colorado and then finally into New York, where I granted permission to it to land on Manhattan and to conduct business within Liberty.

While on patrol that same day with Lt. Harper, we ran across a Zoner "Corvo" class vessel operating under the tag of Discontent that we escorted out of Liberty to Curacao. This went without incident.

We also noticed a vessel tagged as Alain_Pirks operating in Pennsylvania. Having run into and ejected this vessel from Liberty space before, I knew it to be a Gallic "Pachyderme" Transport operating for Solar Engineering. Lt. Harper offered the vessel the opportunity to surrender and pay the fine before being ejected, but Mr. Pirks decided to run for it. We cut the vessel off in Colorado, where my newly equipped "Peacekeeper" Liberty Anti-matter Cannon managed to take it out. My commendation to Lt. Harper for helping me track this vessel and for working to cut the Trade Lanes to prevent its escape. I'm not sure this would have ended as successfully had it not been for his presence.

Lt. Harper and I proceeded to run several ops in the Ontario system, and then I departed through Colorado. While on my way I noticed via intelligence reports that several vessels were in the Alaska system that I did not recognize. The vessels were the LLS-Thorongil and the JZ-Ancestor.Whale. Arriving in the New York system I received the following.

I found the Ancestor Whale to be where it said it was, where I noticed that it was a Zoner "Nephilim" vessel, heavily contaminated with Nomad material, and that the Thorongil was an LSF Secondary Fleet Cruiser. I ordered the Ancestor Whale to Norfolk Station for decontamination and temporary repairs, to which its captain complied. I contacted Commander Sanders and Captain Baker via SKYP-3 protocols and worked out that I was not operating under the full gravity of the situation. However, given the circumstances, it did not seem appropriate to open fire on a vessel requesting aid openly in New York. My attempts to contact the LSF Cruiser Prometheus once again fell upon deaf ears, however the LNS-Marathon, a Liberty Dreadnaught operating under a Captain Hudson's command, arrived and together we escorted the decontaminated and deshielded vessel to the Cortez Gate in California after I fined it all its available funds. Captain Hudson also spoke to the captain of the Thorongil, though the details of that conversation were not made clear to me. Additionally, a communication from the Ancestor Whale's former associates(the captain of the vessel informed me that he was being expelled), The Jumping Zoners, has been given via Comm Channel here. I would request that Captain Hudson be allowed to share any information that he may possess, and I am able to give a full comm transcript if required. The final incident comes from earlier today while on another supply run. Coming back from Manhattan near Fort Bush, I ran across a Gallic Royal Navy pilot tagged as Aurelia.Landreau flying in a Gallic "Lynx" fighter. I moved the Sierra Nevada to Norfolk Station with haste and launched my Guardian. I reached out to a Serene.Haze, a Council member I had noticed over Manhattan, in an attempt to gather information on the target.

I moved to assist Miss Haze and found her engaged with the target in the Badlands. We fought against Landreau for a while, damaging the vessel, until she turned tail and ran. We persued it "north" over the sun and into the Jersey Debris Field where I expected the target to attempt to flee via Jump Hole to Colorado. Instead, it requested docking clearance at Rochester Base, which was granted.

Some moron decided he wanted to supply Manhattan with Cardimine. He managed to trick the docking AI and get below the planetary shield, but I managed to get some guncams of his cargo and got the records of him docking from the Docking AI.
