I am now placing the Sirius Federation on hostile, but do not shoot unless they enter Vespucci, or fire first.

the SA are back on hostile, however, do not fire unless fired upon, or in Vespucci.

Excuse: mapping op, our target was Humboldt and your system was exactly in the way between it and Magellan. Besides, for two fighters with a dozen angry Sabre pilots and a battleship, turning back or stopping would be as good as suicide. In and out within less than two minutes.
Let's not spoil good relations over 17k in a staright line.
Than perhaps you should have asked permission from the HF before doing so? Given your neutral status and stance between the HF and SA, I believe HF would be reasonable. You cause more problems by entering where you are not allowed, than asking to do so.
